Projekt je určen pro místní akční skupinu MAS Vltava, konkrétně pro její zaměstnance, kteří budou mít na starosti realizaci a naplňování Rozvojové strategie Vltavotýnska 2014 - 2020 resp. Strategie komunitně vedeného místního rozvoje (SCLLD) pro území MAS Vltava 2014 - 2020. Projekt chce dosáhnout zlepšení řídících a administrativních schopností MAS Vltava a je základním kamenem úspěšné realizace samotné rozvojové strategie. (Czech)
