Plánovaný projekt sleduje naplnění cílů v souladu se SC 3.2: Zvyšování efektivity a transparentnosti veřejné správy prostřednictvím rozvoje využití a kvality systémů IKT. Projekt je zaměřen na technická opatření, jichž implementace je třeba k ochraně informačních systémů, služeb a sítí elektronických komunikací před hrozbou v oblasti kybernetické bezpečnosti, před kybernetickým bezpečnostním incidentem nebo k řešení již nastalého kybernetického bezpečnostního incidentu.
