Projekt je zaměřen na budování infrastruktury (školicího střediska) určeného pro vzdělávání a rozvoj potenciálu lidských zdrojů v malých a středních firmách. Výstavbou školicího střediska dojde ke zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti MSP v Olomoucké aglomeraci. Projekt počítá s využíváním prostor nejen pro firmu samotnou, ale také ostatní participující výrobně zaměřené firmy v regionu. Ve školicím centru budou probíhat hlavně specifická školení zaměřená na nové poznatky z výrobně-technického prostředí. a. (Czech)

The project is focused on building an infrastructure (collective centre) intended for the education and development of human resources potential in small and medium-sized enterprises. The construction of the training centre will increase the competitiveness of SMEs in the Olomouc agglomeration. The project envisages the use of space not only for the company itself, but also for other manufacturing-oriented companies in the region. The training centre will mainly take place specific trainings focused on new knowledge from the manufacturing-technical environment. a. (English)
