Projektový záměr řeší regeneraci bytového domu č.p. 68 v Melči. Cílem předkládaného projektu je snížení energetické náročnosti bytového domu a snížení konečné spotřeby energie domácností prostřednictvím energeticky vědomé úpravy objektu. Stavební úpravy spočívají v zateplení obvodových konstrukcí, střechy, výměně dveří a výměně zdroje vytápění. Tato opatření povedou k ochraně životního prostředí a podpoře sociálně slabých obyvatel domu, prostřednictvím snížení výdajů na vytápění. (Czech)

The project aims to regenerate the housing stock at No 68 in Melk. The aim of the present project is to reduce the energy performance of the building stock and to reduce final energy consumption of households through a conscious consumption adjustment of the building. The construction work consists of the insulation of the building, roof, door exchange and the exchange of a source of heating. These measures will lead to the protection of the environment and the promotion of the socially vulnerable population by reducing heating costs. (English)
