Projekt řeší snížení energ. náročnosti historické budovy kombinovaný na dvou žádostech v budově 1. stupně Základní školy č.p. 715, č.par. st.566 v kú Straré Město. Vzhledem k architektonické hodnotě budovy nedoporučil orgán památkové péče kompletní zateplení. Bude provedeno částečné zateplení obvodového pláště, zateplení stropní konstrukce, výměna otvorových výplní, rekuperace učeben a vybudována nová plynová kotelna napojena na stávající otopný systém. The project addresses the reduction of the energ. complexity of the historical building combined on two applications in the building of the 1st grade Primary School no. 715, No.par. st.566 in kú straré Město. Due to the architectural value of the building, the monument care body did not recommend complete insulation. Partial insulation of the outer shell, insulation of the ceiling structure, replacement of hole fillings, recuperation of classrooms and a new gas boiler connected to the existing heating system will be performed.
