Projekt je zaměřen na předcházení nebo zmírnění sociálního znevýhodnění neformálních pečovatelů starajících se doma zejména o nevyléčitelně nemocného bližního v Olomouci a okolí. Bude obsahovat především psychoterapii a sociální práci (KA 2), nácvik přímé péče (KA 3) a specifické poradenství finanční a pracovní (KA 4) a za 2 roky realizace jím projde 80 účastníků (60 nad bag. podporu). Projekt bude doplňovat běžné převážně zdravotnické služby našeho terénního mobilního paliativního týmu. (Czech)

The project is aimed at preventing or mitigating the social disadvantage of informal caregivers at home, especially the incurably ill neighbor in Olomouc and its surroundings. It will include mainly psychotherapy and social work (KA 2), direct care training (KA 3) and specific advisory services for financial and work (KA 4) and 80 participants (60 over bag support) will pass in 2 years of implementation. The project will complement the usual mostly health services of our field mobile palliative team. (English)
