Projekt vychází ze Strategického rámce rozvoje eGovernmentu 2014+ a Smart Administration, Strategie MěÚ Benešov a Informační strategie. Rozvíjí elektronické zpracování dokumentů MěÚ, jejich bezpečné sdílení s organizacemi města, manažerskou kontrolu hospodaření společným datovým skladem a doplní infrastrukturu pro uskutečnění záměrů. Projekt nevytváří příjmy, ale generuje benefity pro podnikatele a obyvatele území ORP snížením administrativní zátěže a pro zaměstnance úřadu zefektivněním práce. (Czech)

The project is based on the Strategic Framework of Development of eGovernment 2014+ and Smart Administration, Strategy of MeÚ Benešov and Information Strategy. It develops electronic processing of documents, their secure sharing with city organisations, managerial control of the management of common data storage and complements infrastructure for realisation of intentions. The project does not generate income, but generates benefits for entrepreneurs and residents of the ORP territory by reducing administrative burdens and for employees of the Office by streamlining work.
