    Projekt řeší nastavení a zavedení cíleného a systematického vzdělávání jako nástroje pro zvyšování motivace a adaptability zaměstnanců. Vzdělávací program je zaměřen na zvýšení motivace zaměstnanců, prohlubování a rozšiřování kvalifikace a adaptability, doplnění důležitých dovedností, které jsou nezbytné pro lepší výkon jejich pracovních funkcí. Cílovou skupinou tvoří zaměstnanci hotelů Růže a Old Inn, kteří absolvují vzdělávací aktivity projektu ve čtyřech studijních skupinách. (Czech)
