Projekt řeší nastavení a zavedení cíleného a systematického vzdělávání jako nástroje pro zvyšování motivace a adaptability zaměstnanců. Vzdělávací program je zaměřen na zvýšení motivace zaměstnanců, prohlubování a rozšiřování kvalifikace a adaptability, doplnění důležitých dovedností, které jsou nezbytné pro lepší výkon jejich pracovních funkcí. Cílovou skupinou tvoří zaměstnanci hotelů Růže a Old Inn, kteří absolvují vzdělávací aktivity projektu ve čtyřech studijních skupinách. (Czech)

The project addresses setting and introducing targeted and systematic education as a tool for increasing the motivation and adaptability of employees. The curriculum is aimed at increasing the motivation of employees, deepening and expanding skills and adaptability, supplementing important skills necessary for better performance of their work functions. The target group consists of employees of the Rose and Old Inn hotels, who complete the educational activities of the project in four study groups. (English)
