Projekt je cíleně zaměřen na přímou podporu 10 konkrétním účastníkům u konkrétních zaměstnavatelů. Účastníci patří ke skupině osob mladší 30 let s dalšími hendikepy (kvalifikace, národnostní menšiny). Smyslem tohoto konkrétně zaměřeného projektu je, ukázat jednu z možností podpory CS v lokalitě, která vykazuje nadprůměrnou nezaměstnanost. Součástí je vytvoření JOB INKUBÁTORu, který podpoří i v budoucnu široký okruh klientů. Projekt je velmi komplexně založen a individuálně pojat vůči CS. (Czech)

The project has targeted direct support to 10 specific employers for specific employers. The participants belong to the group of persons under the age of 30 with other hendikepy (qualifications, national minorities). The aim of this specific project is to demonstrate one of the options for the CB’s support in a site that has an above-average rate of unemployment. This includes the creation of a JOB incubation, which will also support a wide range of customers in the future. The project is based on a very comprehensive and tailor-made approach to the CB.
