Realizací projektu dojde prostřednictvím úsporných opatření ke snížení energetické náročnosti provozu budov v průmyslovém areálu společnosti JV areal s.r.o. na adrese Nádražní 92, Podmoklice, 512 01 Semily. Areál se skládá ze čtyř objektů. Společnost JV areal s.r.o. budovy pronajímá firmám, kterým slouží jako zázemí pro jejich podnikání. V současnosti je areál pronajat společnosti zabývající se velkoobchodem s bílou technikou, stavební firmě a firmě zabývající se truhlářskou výrobou. a. (Czech)

The implementation of the project will be done by means of savings measures to reduce the energy efficiency of the operation of the buildings in the JV area s.r.o. at Nádražní 92, Podmoklice, 512 01 Semily. The area consists of four premises. The JV will be leased by the building company to the firms to which it serves as a back-up for their business. At present, an area is leased to a company specialising in wholesale trading in white paper, a construction firm and a company dealing with the joinery production. (English)
