Projekt pilotně ověří procesy kariérního systému učitelů (KS) a jeho kompletní uvedení do praxe. Zajistí odbornou přípravu personálu pro administraci KS, učitelů a ředitelů. Realizuje pilotáž a implementaci sítě metodických kabinetů s cílem zajistit koordinovaný rozvoj oborových didaktik. Pilotně ověří transformaci systému DVPP ve vazbě na KS s důrazem na zajištění kvality systému DVPP. Součástí budou aktivity zajišťující komplexní evaluaci všech procesů implementace KS, PR a IT podpora. (Czech)

The project will pilot the processes of teachers’ career systems (SD) and put them fully into practice. Ensure the training of the staff for the administration of KS, teachers and directors. Undertake the piloting and implementation of a network of methodological Cabinets in order to ensure coordinated development of sectoral didactics. To pilot the transformation of the CNDPs in relation to the KS in order to ensure the quality of the CNDPs system. This will include activities ensuring a comprehensive evaluation of all processes of implementation of the HC, PR and IT support. (English)
