The project’s objective is the diagnosis of the effectiveness and quality of the process of continuing professional training and the establishment of a binding methodology for the effective and good quality of the continuous professional training of workers. This will help make the education processes more efficient in firms and facilitate the introduction of modern technologies (Industry 4.0 et al.). The performance of the workers will be an important factor in the use of cutting-edge technologies and the competitiveness of a company. (English)
