Celem projektu jest ożywienie społ. M. Goleniów i wparcie os. zagrożonych wykluczeniem przez rewitalizację zdegradowanego budynku Rampy i otoczenia (24 m. parking.), na obszarze rewitalizacji (LPR, projekt gł.) i nadanie mu nowych funkcji społ.-kultur. Projekt wpłynie na rozwiązanie zidentyfikowanych problemów. Obiekt zaniedbany, nieużytkowany, brak możliwości wykorzystania na c.społ., w tym aktywizację mieszkańców obsz. rewitalizacji. Nie jest dostosowany do potrzeb os. niepełnosprawnych i starszych . Inwestycja zniweluje ten problem (wejście, toalety, 2 m.parkingowe) i wprowadzi nowe usługi. Rewitalizacja stworzy obiekt kultury przeznaczony na teatr, kawiarnię, spotkania zorganiz. grup, umożliwi organizację wydarzeń kultur., aktywizację mieszkańców. Zmodernizowane pomieszczenia poprawią dostępność i zwiększą bezp. Pr. wpłynie korzystnie na środowisko-podłączenie do miejskiej sieci c.o i wod-kan, oświetlenie energooszcz., izolacja termiczna, akustyczna, p-wilgociowa, zagosp. terenu, mała archit. Inwestycja dot.rewital. obiektu-pow. uż. 1014,16m2, w tym utworzenie w dwuczęściowym budynku: sali widowiskowej i treningowej do przedstawień, zaplecza szatniowo-socjalnego, pomieszczeń biurowych, gospod. i techn.; kawiarni, magazynów. Prace–prace murarskie, renowacyjne i izolacyjne, wymiana stolarki, modernizacja dachu i instalacji (sanitarna, cieplna, elektryczna), dostawa i adapt. wagonów. Projekt nie przewiduje przeznaczenia pow. dla działalności gospod. Etapy projektu: pozw. na bud., dokumentacja (zrealizowane), procedura przetargowa, pr. budowlane i dostawa, adaptacja wagonów, promocja, inspektor nadzoru (do realizacji). Ok. 500os/m-c będzie uczestniczyło w wydarzeniach organizowanych na terenie Rampy, śr.3 wydarzenia/m-c, 1 obszar zostanie objęty rewitalizacją i dostosowany do potrzeb niepełnosprawnych. Gr. docelowa - mieszkańcy miasta, w tym obszaru rewitalizacji, turyści. Okres realizacji 30.12.18-31.12.19. Projekt wdrażany będzie przez Gm. Goleniów. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to revitalise the community. M. Goleniów and support people at risk of exclusion by revitalising the degraded Rampa building and surroundings (24 m. parking.), in the area of revitalisation (LPR, deep project) and giving it new functions of the community-culture. The project will help solve the identified problems. The building is neglected, unused, it is not possible to use on the C.S., including the activation of residents of the revitalisation area. It is not adapted to the needs of people with disabilities and older people. The investment will eliminate this problem (entry, toilets, 2 m.parking) and will introduce new services. Revitalisation will create a cultural object dedicated to theatre, cafe, meetings of organisations. groups, will enable the organisation of cultural events. Modernised rooms will improve accessibility and increase the security. Pr. will have a beneficial impact on the environment-connection to the city’s central heating and water-channel network, energy-saving lighting, thermal insulation, acoustic insulation, p-humid, land management, small archit. Investment for rewital. object-survey. 1014,16 m², including the creation in a two-part building: spectacle and training room for performances, locker room, office space, guest house and techn.; cafes, magazines. Works-masonry, renovation and insulating work, replacement of carpentry, modernisation of roof and installation (sanitary, heat, electrical), delivery and adaptation of wagons. The project does not provide for the use of the area for the activities of gospods. Stages of the project: lawsuit for construction, documentation (realised), tender procedure, construction and delivery procedure, wagon adaptation, promotion, supervision inspector (to be carried out). It’s okay. 500os/m-c will take part in events organised in the Ramp, wed.3 events/m-c, 1 area will be revitalised and adapted to the needs of the disabled. Target – residents of the city, including revitalisation area, tourists. Implementation period 30.12.18-31.12.19. The project will be implemented by Gm. Goleniów. (English)
