Celem projektu jest zwiększenie aktywności społecznej i zawodowej 24 osób (15K, 9M), zagrożonych ryzykiem ubóstwa i/lub wykluczenia społecznego, w wieku 18 - 64 lata, zamieszkałych na terenie Gminy Szczytno, poprzez objęcie ich w okresie od 01.11.2018 r. do 31.08.2019 r. usługami aktywnej integracji. Zadania: Indywidualna ścieżka reintegracji, Poradnictwo indywidualne, Zajęcia grupowe, Kursy i szkolenia zawodowe. (Polish)
