Podniesienie kompetencji 72 osób, w tym 40 kobiet i 32 mężczyzn, którzy z własnej inicjatywy chcą uczestniczyć w kursach w zakresie gastronomii w okresie 14 miesięcy trwania projektu. W projekcie zostaną zrealizowane w ramach trzech zadań trzy rodzaje kursów - Kurs gastronomiczny, Kurs barmański, Kurs kelnerski. Grupą docelową jest 72 osób dorosłych (40K,32M)(minimum 18 lat), które z własnej inicjatywy zainteresowane są podnoszeniem kompetencji i umiejętności zawodowych, które uczą się, pracują lub zamieszkują, w rozumieniu przepisów Kodeksu Cywilnego, na obszarze województwa warmińsko-mazurskiego, z wyłączeniem osób prowadzących działalność gospodarczą. W ramach projektu zostaną przeprowadzone kursy podnoszące kompetencje Uczestników projektu. Kurs gastronomiczny odbędzie się w 7 edycjach - każda po 64h, Kurs kelnerski (32h) oraz Kurs barmański (32h) w 1 edycji. Łącznie odbędzie się 9 kursów, które będą trwały 512 godziny szkoleniowe. Raising the competences of 72 people, including 40 women and 32 men who, on their own initiative, want to participate in gastronomy courses during the 14 months of the project. In the project, three types of courses will be carried out as part of three tasks – Restaurant Course, Barman Course, Waiter Course. The target group is 72 adults (40K,32M)(minimum 18 years) who, on their own initiative, are interested in raising professional competences and skills, who learn, work or reside, within the meaning of the provisions of the Civil Code, in the area of Warmińsko-Mazurskie voivodship, excluding persons conducting economic activity. Within the framework of the project, courses will be conducted to raise the competences of project participants. The gastronomic course will take place in 7 editions – each 64h, the waiter course (32h) and the Barman Course (32h) in the 1st edition. A total of 9 courses will take place, which will last 512 hours of training. (English)
