Przedmiotem inwestycji jest budowa warsztatów szkolnych i wiaty magazynowej wraz z infrastrukturą towarzyszącą i zagospodarowaniem terenu na działce 227/130 w miejscowości Ruciane-Nida. Projekt polega na rozbudowie istniejącej infrastruktury edukacyjnej na terenie Zespołu Szkól Leśnych w Rucianem-Nidzie. Na bazie powstałej i istniejącej infrastruktury, powstanie branżowe Centrum Kształcenia Zawodowego i Ustawicznego (CKZiU). Projekt obejmuje kilka zadań: - opracowanie studium wykonalności, - opracowanie projektów technicznych, - nadzór inwestorski, - prace budowlane (budowa obiektu warsztatowego, wiaty magazynowej, zagospodarowanie terenu), - wyposażenie obiektów dydaktycznych, - promocja projektu. Planowane przedsięwzięcie jest odpowiedzią na zidentyfikowane problemy oraz potrzeby środowiska społeczno-gospodarczego, których rozwiązanie jest celem RPO. Projekt będzie realizowany w ramach poddziałania 9.3.1 Infrastruktura kształcenia zawodowego. Celem poddziałania są lepsze warunki kształcenia zawodowego i wyższego dopasowane do potrzeb rynku pracy. Rezultatem interwencji ma być lepsze dostosowanie warunków kształcenia zawodowego i wyższego do potrzeb rynku pracy co zwiększy zainteresowanie tymi formami kształcenia a tym samym liczbę absolwentów szkół wyższych i zawodowych. Projekt wpisuje się wprost w cele i priorytety osi 9 oraz działania 9.3: projekt bowiem dotyczy budowy warsztatów szkolnych – rozbudowy infrastruktury dydaktycznej celem stworzenia branżowego centrum kształcenia zawodowego i ustawicznego (CKZiU). Dodatkowo projekt wpisuje się wprost w typy projektów określonych dla konkursu i działania: „wspieranie oraz tworzenie branżowych Centrów Kształcenia Zawodowego i Ustawicznego lub innych podmiotów realizujących zadania zbieżne z CKZiU na potrzeby regionalnej gospodarki i inteligentnych specjalizacji województwa warmińsko-mazurskiego”. The subject of the investment is the construction of workshops and warehousing facilities together with the accompanying infrastructure and land development on plot 227/130 in Ruciane-Nida. The project consists of the extension of the existing educational infrastructure within the Forest School Complex in Rucian-Nida. On the basis of the established and existing infrastructure, the Industrial Centre for Vocational and Continuous Training (CKZiU) will be established. The project has several tasks: — preparation of feasibility study, – preparation of technical projects, – investor supervision, – construction works (construction of a workshop facility, warehouse shed, land development), – equipment of teaching facilities, – project promotion. The planned project is a response to the identified problems and needs of the socio-economic environment, the solution of which is the objective of the RPO. The project will be implemented under sub-measure 9.3.1 Vocational training infrastructure. The aim of the sub-measure is to improve the conditions for vocational and higher education tailored to the needs of the labour market. The intervention will result in a better alignment of vocational and higher education conditions to the needs of the labour market, thereby increasing the interest in these forms of education and thus the number of university and vocational graduates. The project is directly in line with the objectives and priorities of Axis 9 and Action 9.3: the project concerns the construction of school workshops – the development of teaching infrastructure in order to create an industry centre for vocational and continuing training (CKZiU). In addition, the project fits directly into the types of projects defined for the competition and activities: Support and creation of professional and continuing training centres or other entities carrying out tasks converging with the CCI for the needs of regional economy and intelligent specialisations of Warmia-Mazury voivodship. The project is consistent with the assumptions of SzOOP RPO in terms of output and result indicators. (English)
