Projekt dotyczy utworzenia działu badawczo-rozwojowego w przedsiębiorstwie SMART AUTOMATION. Planuje się stworzyć infrastrukturę w postaci: 1. wirtualnego symulatora procesów przemysłowych 2. środowiska testowego robotyki i automatyki przemysłowej Koncepcja Infrastruktury badawczo-rozwojowej, została wypracowana w ramach współpracy ze środowiskiem Naukowym Uniwersytetu Warmińsko-Mazurskiego, Wydział Nauk Technicznych, w ramach przeprowadzanego Audytu Technologicznego. Główne kierunki planowanych do przeprowadzenia badań: Opracowywanie i testowanie systemów automatyki, odpowiadających wymaganiom procesu technologicznego, określonym przez klienta. Działania te będą polegały na poszukiwaniu i wdrażaniu efektywniejszych niż obecnie stosowane algorytmów regulacji ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem algorytmów MPC (Modeling Predictiv Control), do zastosowań w procesach produkcji mleczarskiej i dostosowania linii produkcyjnych do zaleceń koncepcji Industry 4.0. INTELIGENTNA SPECJALIZACJA: SMART AUTOMATION uczestniczy w łańcuchu wartości Inteligentnej Specjalizacji: 1. ŻYWNOŚĆ WYSOKIEJ JAKOŚCI 2. DREWNO I MEBLARSTWO 2. EKONOMIA WODY Projekt wpisuje się w założenia SZOOP RPO WiM 2014-2020: Realizując: Cel Tematyczny 1 Priorytet inwestycyjny 1b Gdyż: wspiera rozwój potencjału i konkurencyjność wnioskodawcy, w oparciu o innowacyjne rozwiązania, bazujące na wspieranej infrastrukturze B+R, przyczyniając się tym samym do wzrosty regionalnej gospodarki. Inwestycja początkowa (Rozp.651/2014): Inwestycja w rzeczowe aktywa trwałe i wartości niematerialne i prawne związane z założeniem nowego zakładu. Nowym „zakładem” (zakład to inna jednostka organizacyjna (inna niż przedsiębiorstwo) przeznaczona do innych, określonych celów) jest nowy dział badawczo rozwojowy firmy Smart Automation. (Polish)

The project concerns the creation of a R & D department in SMART AUTOMATION. It is planned to create infrastructure in the form of: 1. virtual process simulator of the 2nd test environment of robotics and industrial automation The concept of R & D infrastructure was developed within the framework of cooperation with the scientific community of the University of Warmia and Mazury, Faculty of Technical Sciences, within the framework of the conducted Technology Audit. The main directions of the studies planned to be carried out: Development and testing of automation systems, meeting the requirements of the technological process, specified by the customer. These activities will consist of searching for and implementing more effective regulation algorithms than currently used, with particular emphasis on MPC (Modeling Predictiv Control) algorithms for applications in dairy production processes and adapting production lines to the recommendations of Industry 4.0. INTELLIGENT SPECIALISATION: Smart AUTOMATION participates in the Intelligent Specialisation value chain: 1. HIGH-QUALITY FOOD 2. WOOD AND FURNITURE 2. Economics of WODY The project fits into the assumptions of SZOOP RPO WiM 2014-2020: By implementing: Thematic objective 1 Investment priority 1b Because: it supports the applicant’s capacity development and competitiveness, based on innovative solutions based on supported R & D infrastructure, thus contributing to the growth of the regional economy. Initial investment (Expansion 651/2014): Investment in tangible and intangible assets related to the establishment of a new establishment. The new “establishment” (the establishment is a different organisational unit (other than the company) intended for other specific purposes) is the new R & D department of Smart Automation. (English)
