Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób powyżej 29 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie pińczowskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 37 osób zarejestrowanych w PUP. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby powyżej 29 roku życia zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia). W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people over the age of 29 who are unemployed in the county of writing. The main result of the project will be the employment of 37 people registered in the PLO. The project will support persons over the age of 29 who are eligible for the aid profile I (active unemployed) or the aid profile II (so called “need for support”). Within the framework of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific activation offer will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, suitability and professional problems of the participant concerned. On this basis, the PLO will implement the relevant labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. (English)
