Cel gł.: Podniesienie poziomu aktywności społecznej i zawodowej oraz zdolności do zatrudnienia 100 mieszkańców (K-58, M-42) miast tracących funkcje społeczno-gospodarcze (OSI), tj.: Ostrowca Św., Skarżyska Kam. i Starachowic zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym poprzez zindywidualizowane i kompleksowe wsparcie realizowane od 1.02.2018-31.03.2019 oraz zdobycie zatrudnienia przez min. 30 os. Projekt przyczyni się do realizacji celu Pr. 9.1 poprzez zrealizowanie wsparcia obejmujące: Aktywizację społeczną: poradnictwo psychologiczne i psychospołeczne dla100os; Aktywizację zawodową: - poradnictwo zawodowe indywid i gr. dla 100os. - szkol. zawodowe dla 100os. (stypendium szkol., dojazdy na szkolenia) -staże zawodowe dla 50 os. (stypendium stażowe, dojazdy na staż) -pośrednictwo pracy indywidualne i gr.-100 os. Głównymi efektami proj. będzie: - osiągniecie postępu UP w procesie aktywizacji społeczno-zatrudnieniowej oraz zmniejszenia dystansu do zatrudnienia, podjęcie zatrudnienia przez min. 30%UP. Objective: Raising the level of social and professional activity and employability of 100 inhabitants (K-58, M-42) of the cities losing their socio-economic functions (OSI), i.e.: Ostrowiec Sages, Skarżyska Kam. and Starachowice at risk of poverty or social exclusion through personalised and comprehensive support between 1.02.2018 and 31.03.2019 and employment through a minimum of 30 people. The project will contribute to the goal of Pr. 9.1 through the implementation of support including: Social activation: psychological and psychosocial counselling for 100os; Labour activation: Occupational guidance for Turkey and for 100os. Vocational training for 100os. (grant of a school grant, training for training), a job placement for 50 persons. (traineeship grant, traineeship placement) -one-to-one and gr.r.-100 job placements. The main effects of the project will be: — to achieve the progress of up to the employment and social activation process and to bridge the gap between employment and employment by at least 30 % of the UP.
