CELEM GŁÓWNYM projektu jest zwiększenie do 31.03.2019r. zdolności do zatrudnienia osób z GRUPY DOCELOWEJ, którą stanowi 80 (50K/30M) zarejestrowanych osób bezrobotnych (z wyłączeniem osób przed ukończeniem 30 roku życia), znajdujących się w najtrudniejszej sytuacji na rynku pracy, tj. należących do co najmniej jednej z następujących grup: osoby w wieku 50 lat i więcej (minimum 15 osób: 9K/6M), kobiety (50K), osoby z niepełnosprawnościami (min. 10% grupy docelowej tj. 8 osób: 5K/3M), osoby długotrwale bezrobotne (min. 20 osób: 12K/8M), osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach (min. 52 osoby: 29K/23M), zamieszkujących w rozumieniu Kodeksu Cywilnego obszar województwa pomorskiego, w tym wyłącznie obszary o wysokiej stopie bezrobocia (zgodnie z wykazem załączonym do dokumentacji konkursowej). Cel zostanie osiągnięty poprzez realizację 4 zadań merytorycznych, obejmujących następujące DZIAŁANIA: *diagnozę sytuacji problemowej, indywidualnych potrzeb i predyspozycji UP wraz z opracowaniem Indywidualnego Planu Działania dla każdego UP *grupowe warsztaty w zakresie technik aktywnego poszukiwania pracy oraz nabywania kompetencji kluczowych *szkolenia prowadzące do podniesienia, uzupełnienia lub zmiany kwalifikacji zawodowych *3 m-czne lub 4 m-czne staże *indywidualne pośrednictwo pracy. Wszyscy UP otrzymają zwroty kosztów dojazdu na zajęcia w projekcie, a do 10% UP zwrot kosztów opieki nad dzieckiem/os. zależną. GŁÓWNE REZULTATY PROJEKTU: W okresie do 4tyg. po zakończeniu udziału w projekcie: *min. 60% tj. 48 osób (30K/18M) uzyska kwalifikacje po opuszczeniu programu; * -min. 40% tj. 32 osób (20K/12M) podejmie zatrudnienie (w tym pracę na własny rachunek). WSKAŹNIK EFEKTYWNOŚCI ZATRUDNIENIOWEJ wyniesie min. 45% UP w okresie do 3 miesięcy od zakończenia udziału UP w projekcie. (Polish)

The MAIN aim is to increase the employability of the most vulnerable people in the labour market, i.e. belonging to one or more of the following groups, to the employment capacity of the 31.03.2019 (50K/30M) unemployed people in the target group, which is 80 of the registered unemployed (excluding persons before the age of 30): persons aged 50 and over (minimum 15 persons: 9K/6M), women (50K), people with disabilities (min 10 % of the target group: 8 persons: 5K/3M), long-term unemployed (min 20: 12K/8M), the low-skilled (min 52: 29K/23M), residing within the meaning of the Civil Code of the Pomorskie region, including only areas with high unemployment (as listed in the list annexed to the application file). The objective will be achieved through the implementation of 4 substantive tasks, including the following activities: * the diagnosis of the problem situation, individual needs and suitability of the UP together with the development of the Individual Action Plan for each OP * group workshops on active job-search techniques and the acquisition of key competences * training leading to an increase, completion or modification of professional qualifications * 3 months or 4 m-long traineeships * individual job matching. All UP will receive the reimbursement of their commuting expenses for the project and up to 10 % reimbursement of the costs of childcare/dependent child care. MAIN RESULTS OF THE PROJECT: For the period up to 4 g after the end of the participation in the project: * min. 60 % i.e. 48 persons (30K/18M) will be qualified upon leaving the programme; * -min. 40 % i.e. 32 people (20K/12M) will take up employment (including self-employment). The ESF employment rate will be at least 45 % of up to 3 months from the end of the participation of the UP in the project. (English)
