Main objective to improve the functioning of 7 families, including 15 adults (8K/7M) and 22 children (6K/16M)12K from the area of Kańczug by increasing the availability of community services in the field of family support and launching at least 2 public service places in the period 01.03.2018-30.06.2019. TARGETS IN DETAIL. (period implementation): 1. improvement in the field of dysfunctions, difficulties, deficits in at least 18 children/5K supported (01.04.2018-30.06.2019) 2. Improving the exercise of educational functions and family relationships in min. 13 adults/7K supported (01.04.2018-30.06.2019) 3. increase in life competencies and population in min. 31 persons/12K supported (01.04.2018-30.06.06.2019) ZANIA Z1: support of the assistant/family (+ 1 new place to provide community services), in-depth problem diagnosis and creation of a path for participation in the project, including individuals. A work plan with the family? Z2: support family psychologist for adults and support specialist. for children diagnosed deficits and problems? Z3: training of life skills, social skills and relationships building family members? Z4: creation of a support group (+ 1 new place of provision of social services). Results? the number of places supported in the programme of services provided by the community, existing after the completion of the project: 2? number of jobs in the program of places provide. family support and care services existing after completion of the project: 2? number of people living in poverty or out of labour-seekers, participating in education or training, gaining qualifications, working (including self-employed) after leaving the programme: 2 pers./1K:1M GR. target? 7 families experiencing difficulties in fulfilling their duties in the area of Kańczug, whose members fulfil at least 1 prerequisites at risk of poverty or out of the community, including 37 people: 15 adults/8K:7M and 22 children/6K:16M (English)
