POWIAT KOŚCIERSKI / POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W KOŚCIERZYNIE

Projekt skierowany jest do grupy 106 osób bezrobotnych z powiatu kościerskiego zarejestrowanych w PUP. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie zatrudnienia osób bezrobotnych, dla których został ustalony profil pomocy I lub profil pomocy II, znajdujących się w najtrudniejszej sytuacji na rynku pracy (z wyłączeniem osób przed ukończeniem 30 roku życia), tj. należące co najmniej do jednej z poniższych grup: osób w wieku 50 lat i więcej, kobiet, osób z niepełnosprawnościami, osób długotrwale bezrobotnych, osób o niskich kwalifikacjach. Cele szczegółowe projektu: • Aktywizacja zawodowa co najmniej 50% uczestników projektu. • Podniesienie zdolności do zatrudnienia uczestników projektu. Działania: • Rekrutacja oraz diagnoza uczestników projektu. • Pogłębiona analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika projektu w postaci Indywidualnego Planu Działania oraz poradnictwa zawodowego. • Tworzenie warunków sprzyjających podnoszeniu zdolności do zatrudnienia osób bezrobotnych, obejmujące m.in. działania na rzecz uzyskania, zmiany lub podnoszenia kwalifikacji zawodowych w formie szkoleń indywidualnych lub grupowych oraz zdobycia doświadczeń zawodowych w miejscu pracy dzięki zatrudnieniu w ramach refundowanych stanowisk pracy. • Wsparcie w zakresie rozwoju przedsiębiorczości i samozatrudnienia dzięki jednorazowym środkom na rozpoczęcie działalności gospodarczej. Głównym efektem projektu będzie podjęcie, a następnie utrzymanie przez min. 3 miesiące, zatrudnienia przez co najmniej 39 uczestników projektu (bez osób, które otrzymają jednorazowe środki na rozpoczęcie działalności gospodarczej). Projekt wpisuje się w cele i założenia RPO WP na lata 2014-2020. Projekt realizowany jest zgodnie z Ustawą PZP, Ustawą o promocji zatrudnienia (...), SzOOP i pozostałym prawodawstwem krajowym, politykami i zasadami wspólnotowymi, w tym polityką równości szans i niedyskryminacji oraz koncepcją zrównoważonego rozwoju. The project is addressed to a group of 106 unemployed persons from the Kościerskie county registered in the PUP. The aim of the project is to increase the employment of unemployed persons for whom the I aid profile or the aid II profile of the most vulnerable persons on the labour market (excluding those before the age of 30 years) have been established, i.e. belonging to at least one of the following groups: people aged 50 and over, women, people with disabilities, the long-term unemployed, the low-skilled. Specific objectives of the project: • Professional activation of at least 50 % of project participants. • Increasing the employability of project participants. Actions: • Recruitment and diagnosis of project participants. • Deep analysis of skills, predispositions and professional problems of a given project participant in the form of an Individual Action Plan and Vocational guidance. • Creating conditions conducive to increasing the employability of unemployed people, including measures aimed at obtaining, changing or improving professional qualifications in the form of individual or group training and gaining professional experience in the workplace through employment in the framework of reimbursed jobs. • Support for the development of entrepreneurship and self-employment through one-off measures to start a business. The main effect of the project will be to undertake and then maintain for a minimum of 3 months employment by at least 39 participants of the project (without people who will receive one-off funds to start a business). The project fits in with the objectives and objectives of the ROP of the WP for the years 2014-2020. The project is implemented in accordance with the PHP Act, the Employment Promotion Act (...), the Shoop and other national legislation, policies and principles of the Community, including the policy of equal opportunities and non-discrimination and the concept of sustainable development.
