Przedmiotem projektu jest REALIZACJA KOMPLEKSOWEGO PROGRAMU WSPARCIA osób pozostających bez zatrudnienia poprzez: - opracowanie/ aktualizację Indywidualnego Planu Działania - pośrednictwo pracy - szkolenia podnoszące kwalifikacje (operator/ka sprzętu budowlanego, spawacz, opiekun/ka osoby starszej, księgowa/y) zgodnie z zapotrzebowaniem lokalnych rynków pracy i wskazań w IPD - 3 miesięczny staż zgodny z odbytym szkoleniem. Dzięki realizowanemu wsparciu znacząco zwiększą się szanse uczestników projektu na rynku pracy. Wsparciem zostanie objętych 120 osób (72 kobiety i 48 mężczyzn), powyżej 29 roku życia, zamieszkujących zg. z K.C. na terenie woj. opolskiego w powiatach: prudnickim, brzeskim, nyskim, głubczyckim, namysłowskim, pozostających bez pracy (bezrobotne, poszukujące pracy, nieaktywne zawodowo) w tym zwłaszcza osoby znajdujące się w szczególnie trudnej sytuacji na rynku pracy, tj.: - min. 9 osób z niepełnosprawnościami (OzN) - min. 39 osób 50+ - min. 42 osoby długotrwale bezrobotne - min. 66 osób o niskich kwalifikacjach (do ISCED3 włącznie). The subject of the project is the REALISATION OF THE COMPLEX SUPPORT PROGRAM OF persons who are unemployed by: — elaboration/updating of the Individual Action Plan – job intermediation – training raising qualifications (operator/career of construction equipment, welder, caregiver, accountant/s) in accordance with the needs of local labour markets and indications in the IPD – 3 months traineeship in accordance with the training carried out. Thanks to the implemented support, the chances of project participants on the labour market will be significantly increased. Support will be given to 120 people (72 women and 48 men), over 29 years of age, living in K.C. in the Opolskie Voivodeship in powiats: Prudnicki, Brest, Nysa, Gludzicki, Namysłowski, unemployed (unemployed, job-seeker, inactive), especially those who are in a particularly difficult situation on the labour market, i.e.: — min. 9 people with disabilities (OZN) – min. 39 people 50± 42 long-term unemployed persons – min. 66 people with low qualifications (up to and including ISCED3).
