Projekt ma na celu podniesienie u uczniów kompetencji kluczowych niezbędnych na rynku pracy, indywidualne podejście do uczniów o szczególnych potrzebach oraz podniesienie kompetencji w zakresie TIK kadry pedagogicznej szkół biorących udział w projekcie. Wsparciem objęte są 3 grupy docelowe: 1) uczniowie szkół podstawowych i gimnazjalnych uczestniczących w zajęciach dodatkowych (290 uczniów). 2) kadra pedagogiczna szkół biorących udział w projekcie, podnosząca swoje kwalifikacje z zakresu TIK (28 nauczycieli) 3) uczniowie szkół podstawowych i gimnazjalnych objęci pomocą stypendialną (30 uczniów). Główne zadania w projekcie to: 1) rekrutacja uczestników, indywidualna diagnoza oraz przypisanie uczniów do odpowiednich rodzajów zajęć, organizacja zajęć dodatkowych, 2) przeprowadzenie postępowania przetargowego na zakup wyposażenia do 1 pracowni międzyszkolnej w narzędzie TIK i niezbędne pomoce dydaktyczne w zakresie przyrody, biologii, chemii, fizyki, matematyki i geografii, 3) rekrutacja nauczycieli do szkoleń i ich organizacja, 4) stworzenie Regulaminu Programu Stypendialnego, przeprowadzenie rekrutacji oraz indywidualnych ścieżek rozwoju stypendysty, zarządzanie programem stypendialnym. Główne rezultaty projektu: 1)stworzenie 1 pracowni międzyszkolnej, 2) liczba uczniów którzy zakończą udział w projekcie 265 weryfikacja na podstawie list obecności (frekwencja 70 % na zajęciach), 3)podniesie umiejętności z zakresu j. obcego u 24 stypendystów (na podst. diagnozy indywidualnej zawarte efekty uczenia się), 4) ukończenie warsztatów przez 25 nauczycieli weryfikacja na pod. dokumentu (certyfikat ukończenia kursu, szkolenia, dyplom, zaświadczenie), 5) liczba godzin zajęć dodatkowych zrealizowanych w ramach projektu 2520 godzin dydaktycznych. The project aims at raising the pupils’ key competences necessary for the labour market, an individual approach to students with special needs and an increase in the competences of the ICT teaching staff involved in the project. 3 target groups are supported: 1) primary and secondary school students taking part in extra-curricular activities (290 students). 2) the pedagogical staff of the schools involved in the project raising their ICT qualifications (28 teachers) 3) primary and lower secondary school students with a scholarship (30 students). The main tasks of the project are to: (1) the recruitment of participants, individual diagnosis and the attribution of the pupils to the respective classes, the organisation of the additional classes, 2) the conduct of a tendering procedure for the purchase of equipment up to 1 school staff for an ICT tool and the necessary teaching aids for nature, biology, chemistry, physics, mathematics and geography, 3) recruitment of teachers for training and their organisation, 4) the creation of the Rules of Procedure of the Scholarship, recruitment and individual development paths of the scholarship holder, management of the fellowship programme. Main results of the project: (1) the creation of 1 interschool staff, 2) the number of students who have completed the 265 screening on the basis of attendance lists (turnout of 70 % for classes), 3) will increase the foreign language skills of 24 scholarship holders (on the basis of the individual learning outcomes of the learning outcomes), (4) the completion of workshops by 25 teachers (certificate of completion of course, training, diploma, certificate), 5) the number of additional teaching hours completed under the project of 2520 teaching hours. The “Key Competences — Key for the development of students in the world of War” is expected to achieve objectives in a complete manner, responding to all the needs of our pupils and reflecting the actual needs of our pupils.
