Przedmiotem projektu będzie inwestycja polegająca zakupie urządzenia niezbędnego do wdrożenia innowacyjnej usługi medycznej w zakresie remodelacji i chondroindukcji autogennych komórek mezenchymalnych w leczeniu zwyrodnienia stawów. Przedmiotowa innowacyjna usługa medyczna jest innowacyjna na poziomie światowym. Przedmiotem projekt jest wdrożenie unikatowej i innowacyjnej na skalę światową usługi medycznej w zakresie remodelacji (przywrócenie pierwotnej struktury i funkcji) i chondroindukcji (stymulacja proliferacji tkanki chrząstki stawowej) autogennymi komórkami mezenchymalnymi (rodzaj komórek macierzystych o cechach komórek multipotencjalnych, mogących dać początek kilku różnym typom komórek, z reguły o podobnych właściwościach. Allogeniczne komórki mezenchymalne w innowacyjnych zabiegach ortopedycznych najczęściej są pozyskiwane w procesie separacji z tkanki tłuszczowej pacjenta) tkanki tłuszczowej chrząstki stawu kolanowego pod kontrolą dynamicznego funkcjonalnego badania rezonansu magnetycznego. Bezpośrednimi produktami realizowanego projektu będą: Inwestycje prywatne uzupełniające wsparcie publiczne dla przedsiębiorstw (dotacje) - 1 372 140,00 PLN; Wnioskodawca wdraża innowację produktową w postaci innowacyjnej usługi na skalę światową i tym samym realizuje wskaźniki produktu Liczba przedsiębiorstw objętych wsparciem w celu wprowadzenia produktów nowych dla rynku - 1 szt. oraz Liczba przedsiębiorstw objętych wsparciem w celu wprowadzenia produktów nowych dla firmy – 1 szt. This innovative medical service is innovative at global level. The subject of the project is the implementation of a unique and innovative medical service on a global scale in the field of remodeling (restoration of the original structure and function) and chondroinduction (stimulation of the proliferation of articular cartilage tissue) with autogenic mesenchymal cells (a type of stem cells with the characteristics of multipotential cells, which can give rise to several different types of cells, usually having similar properties). Allogeneic mesenchymal cells in innovative orthopaedic treatments are most often obtained in the process of separation from the patient’s adipose tissue) the fatty tissue of the knee joint cartilage under the control of dynamic functional magnetic resonance imaging. Direct products of the project will be: Private investments complementing public support to enterprises (grants) – PLN 1 372 140,00; The applicant implements product innovation in the form of an innovative service on a global scale and thus implements output indicators Number of enterprises supported to introduce new products to the market – 1 units and number of enterprises supported to introduce new products for the company – 1 units.
