Celem projektu jest zwiększenie umiejętności obsługi i wykorzystania technologii ICT potwierdzonych certyfikatem nabycia kompetencji na poziomie A(Digital Competence Framework),przez co najmniej 260 os. powyżej 18 roku życia, posiadających niskie kwalifikacje, zamieszkałych w rozumieniu KC i/lub uczących się i/lub pracujących na terenie województwa opolskiego znajdujących się w niekorzystnej sytuacji na rynku pracy w okresie do 31.03.2019 r. Grupę docelową projektu stanowią osoby w wieku 18 lat i więcej, wskazane w punkcie 3.5 wniosku. Wsparciem zostanie objętych 288 os. z czego co najmniej 58 os.(ponad 20% uczestników) stanowić będą osoby niepełnosprawne, 116 osoby w wieku 50+ (ponad 40% uczestników), 202 osoby zamieszkałe na terenach wiejskich (ponad 70% uczestników). Ze względu na diagnozę sytuacji kobiet i mężczyzn, do projektu zostaną przyjęte 173 kobiety i 115 mężczyzn. Zakładany cel projektu zostanie osiągnięty poprzez realizację:1)kampanii informacyjnej i rekrutacji obejmującej również diagnozę potrzeb szkoleniowych uczestników i pomiar luki kompetencyjnej weryfikujący stan wiedzy/kompetencji w obszarze TIK,2)szkoleń z zakresu ICT na poziomie A w 5 obszarach: informacja, komunikacja, tworzenie treści, bezpieczeństwo i rozwiązywanie problemów obejmujących 21 kompetencji (zgodnych z wymaganiami Digital Competence Framework) w wymiarze 80 godzin, 3)certyfikacji uzyskanych umiejętności poprzez realizacje egzaminów, 4)wydanie certyfikatów uczestnikom, którzy zdadzą egzamin. Projekt dostępny dla osób niepełnosprawnych. Projekt przyczyni się do złagodzenia występowania problemu wykluczenia cyfrowego mieszkających na terenie woj. opolskiego osób z grupy docelowej. Problem ten polega zarówno na niekorzystaniu przez dużą część grup docelowych z możliwości jakie dają technologie informatycznokomunikacyjne z powodu braku wiedzy w zakresie korzystania z TIK jak i na braku wiedzy jakie korzyści wynikają z wykorzystania technologii TIK( opis problemów w pkt 3.4 i (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the skills to operate and use ICT technologies confirmed by a certificate of acquisition of competences at level A(Digital Competence Framework), for at least 260 people over 18 years of age, with low qualifications, residing within the meaning of the CSC and/or learners and/or working in the Opole voivodship who are disadvantaged on the labour market in the period up to 31.03.2019. The target group of the project is 18 years and above, indicated in section 3.5 of the proposal. 288 people will be supported, of which at least 58 people (more than 20 % of participants) will be disabled, 116 people aged 50+ (more than 40 % of participants), 202 people living in rural areas (more than 70 % of participants). Due to the diagnosis of the situation of men and women, 173 women and 115 men will be included in the project. The project’s objective will be achieved through the implementation of:1)information and recruitment campaigns which also cover the diagnosis of the training needs of participants and the measurement of the competence gap verifying the state of knowledge/competence in the ICT area,2) ICT training at level A in 5 areas: information, communication, content creation, security and problem solving covering 21 competences (compliant with the requirements of the Digital Competence Framework) of 80 hours, 3) Certification of acquired skills through examinations, 4) issuing certificates to participants who pass the exam. The project is accessible for people with disabilities. The project will help to alleviate the problem of digital exclusion of people living in the Opole Voivodeship from the target group. The problem is both that many target groups do not take advantage of the opportunities offered by ICTs due to a lack of knowledge about the use of ICT and lack of knowledge of the benefits of ICT (description of problems in point 3.4 and (English)
