Konieczność realizacji projektu Utworzenie centrum badawczorozwojowego w celu wytworzenia i wprowadzenia do działalności spółki EUROGROUP nowych produktów, procesów i usług wynika z rosnącego zapotrzebowania klientów firmy na produkty wcześniej poddane zaawansowanemu procesowi odzysku oraz selekcji. Dodatkowo, ze względu na obowiązujące przepisy oraz dynamiczny rozwój technologii konieczne jest poszukiwanie rozwiązań w zakresie kompleksowego procesu demontażu, odzysku i recyklingu wpisującego się w koncepcję gospodarki o obiegu zamkniętym Circular Economy. w której surowce i produkty powinny pozostawać w gospodarce tak długo, jak jest to możliwe, a wytwarzanie odpadów powinno być zminimalizowane.Planowany do realizacji projekt polega na stworzeniu i doposażeniu w ramach firmy EURO GROUP centrum BR dedykowanego tworzeniu i wprowadzaniu do działalności firmy nowych procesów i produktów. Centrum będzie zlokalizowane w budynku należącym do firmy EURO GROUP S.C , który znajduje się w Głogoczowie nr 35. Budynek sąsiaduje ze stacją demontażu pojazdów prowadzoną przez firmę EURO GROUP. Zakres projektu obejmuje przystosowanie pomieszczeń istniejącego budynku użytkowego do potrzeb i funkcji nowego centrum i powstanie infrastruktury B R o łącznej powierzchni 160,00 m2 w tym:1. Laboratorium spektrometrii L1 wraz wyposażeniem, 2. Laboratorium badania jakości, regeneracji i certyfikacji L2 wraz z wyposażeniem3. Laboratorium technik demontażu L3 wraz z wyposażeniem 4. Wielozadaniowe stanowisko do prowadzenia badań i testowania procesów demontażu wraz z wyposażeniem. 5. Dedykowany, zintegrowany system analityczny RECYKLER DEMOT do obsługi centrum BR. 6. The need to implement the project Establishment of a R & D centre in order to produce and introduce new products, processes and services to EUROGROUP is due to the growing demand of customers for products previously undergoing advanced recovery and selection. In addition, due to the current regulations and the dynamic development of technology, it is necessary to look for solutions for a comprehensive process of dismantling, recovery and recycling in line with the circular economy concept of Circular Economy.In which raw materials and products should remain in the economy for as long as possible and waste production should be minimised.The planned project is to create and retrofit the BR centre dedicated to the creation and introduction of the company’s operations. The centre will be located in the building belonging to EURO GROUP S.C., which is located in Głogoczów No. 35. The building is adjacent to the vehicle dismantling station run by EURO GROUP. The scope of the project includes the adaptation of the premises of the existing utility building to the needs and functions of the new centre and the creation of the R infrastructure with a total area of 160,00 m² of which:1. L1 spectrometry lab with equipment, 2. Laboratory quality testing, regeneration and certification L2 together with equipment3. Laboratory of dismantling techniques L3 with equipment 4. Multi-tasking stand for testing and testing of dismantling processes with equipment. 5. Dedicated, integrated analytical system DEMOT recycler for the service of the BR centre. 6.
