Przedmiotem niniejszego projektu jest zakup wozu ratowniczo-gaśniczego z wyposażeniem zamontowanym na stałe oraz specjalistycznego sprzętu dla jednostki OSP w Rycicach, zrzeszonej w Krajowym Systemie Ratowniczo-Gaśniczym. Zakres rzeczowy przedmiotowego projektu obejmuje zakup samochodu ratowniczo – gaśniczego wraz z wyposażeniem: zamontowanym na stałe oraz niezamontowanym na stałe. Projekt obejmuje: 1. Zakup średniego samochodu strażackiego ze sprzętem zamontowanym na stałe. 2. Zakup sprzętu ratowniczo – gaśniczego niezamontowanego na stałe tj.: - Zestawu ratownictwa technicznego; - Zestawu ratownictwa medycznego; - Specjalistyczny sprzęt z zakresu ochrony przeciwpowodziowej; - Agregat prądotwórczy; - Pompy pożarniczej. Realizacja przedmiotowego projektu zapewni wzmocnienie potencjału Ochotniczej Straży Pożarnej w Rycicach. Zakupiony samochód oraz wyposażenie pozwoli strażakom na efektywniejsze i prowadzenie akacji ratowniczo – gaśniczych na terenie Gminy Chorzele oraz poza nią. Projekt stanowi odpowiedź na zidentyfikowane negatywne kwestie związane z funkcjonowaniem OSP na terenie Gminy Chorzele, jak również gotowością do reagowania na występujące niebezpieczeństwa i zagrożenia naturalne, w tym związane ze zmianami klimatu. Interesariuszami przedmiotowego projektu są OSP w Rycicach, które zostanie doposażone w ramach projektu, jak również mieszkańcy Gminy Chorzele oraz Powiatu Przasnyskiego, którym realizacja projektu zapewni wzrost bezpieczeństwa i wzmocnienie ochrony przed zagrożeniami i skutkami. Projekt będzie realizowany przez pracowników Urzędu Miasta i Gminy Chorzele. W kwestiach technicznych dotyczących wozu oraz wyposażenia będą oni wspierani przez strażaków z OSP. Główne etapy projektu dotyczą zakupu wozu oraz wyposażenia, co zostanie dokonane poprzez przeprowadzenie postępowania o udzielenie zamówienia. Zakupione środki trwałe zostaną przekazane na podstawie umowy użyczenia OSP w Rycicach. (Polish)

The subject of this project is the purchase of a rescue and fire-extinguishing vehicle with equipment permanently installed and specialised equipment for the OSP unit in Rycice, affiliated with the National Rescue and Firefighting System. The material scope of the project includes the purchase of a rescue and fire-extinguishing vehicle with equipment: permanently mounted and not permanently installed. The project shall include: 1. Purchase of a medium-sized fire truck with fixed equipment. 2. Purchase of rescue and fire extinguishing equipment not permanently installed, i.e.: — Technical rescue kit; — Medical Rescue Set; — Specialist flood protection equipment; — generator generator; Fire-fighting pumps. The implementation of this project will strengthen the potential of the Volunteer Fire Service in Rycice. The purchased car and equipment will allow firefighters to operate rescue and fire-extinguishing acacias in and outside the municipality of Chorzele. The project responds to the identified negative issues related to the functioning of the CSO in the municipality of Chorzele, as well as its readiness to respond to the risks and natural hazards that occur, including those related to climate change. Stakeholders of the project are the OSP in Rycice, which will be retrofitted within the project, as well as residents of the Municipality of Chorzele and the Przasny County, whose implementation of the project will increase security and strengthen protection against threats and consequences. The project will be implemented by employees of the City and Municipality of Chorzele. On technical issues concerning the vehicle and equipment, they will be supported by CSR firefighters. The main stages of the project concern the purchase of the vehicle and equipment, which will be carried out through the procurement procedure. The purchased fixed assets will be transferred on the basis of the contract of lending to the TSO in Rycice. (English)
