Celem głównym jest przeciwdziałanie bierności zawodowej powodowanej stanem zdrowia poprzez profil. i diagn. wśród 600 UP (300K i 300M) z terenu PPuł. w wieku aktywności zawodowej, będących w grupie podwyższonego ryzyka zachorowania na RJG z czego minimum 65% UP będą stanowiły osoby zam. na ter. wiej. czyli osoby wśród których zgłaszalność na badania jest najmniejsza. P wpisuje się w realizację Narodowego Planu Zwalczania Chorób Nowotworowych i służy zwiększeniu zgłaszalności się na badania profilaktyczne w celu poprawy stanu zdrowia mieszkańców terenów objętych wsparciem. Zwiększony zostanie odsetek zdiagnozowanych przypadków RJG w jego wczesnym stadium i dzięki temu zostanie zmniejszony odsetek umieralności na RJG. W ramach P realizowany będzie cykl spotkań edu-inf, na których UP będą mieli możliwość uzyskania informacji na temat diagnozy i profilaktyki RJG, a także będą mogły rozwiać swoje wątpliwości w rozmowach ze specjalistami w dziedzinie RJG. Spotkania będą się odbywać w miejscach, które znajdują się bliżej miejsca zamieszkania UP co spowoduje, że zwiększona zostanie potencjalna możliwość zachęcenia mieszkańców do wzięcia udziału w projekcie. Podczas spotkań zostaną rozdane broszury informacyjne z podstawowymi informacjami na temat RJG. Wyświetlony będzie króki film obejmujący tą tematykę i zawierający historię osób, które chorowały, chorują bądź straciły osobę bliską w wyniku RJG. Takie działania wpłyną na motywację do wzięcia udziału w badaniach profilaktycznych. Dodatkowo na spotkania zostanie zaproszona osoba znana w danym środowisku, której dotknęła problematyka RJG i która zagwarantuje większe zainteresowanie spotkaniem poprzez zachęcenie do przyjścia na nie. Wszystkie te działania (wraz z akcją informacyjną) spowodują zwiększenie uczestnictwa w badaniach profilaktycznych wśród mieszkańców PPuł. Zadania: 1. Akcja informacyjno-edukacyjna, 2. The main goal is to prevent professional inactivity caused by the state of health through profile. and diagonal among 600 UP (300K and 300M) from the area of PP in the age of professional activity, who are at a higher risk of developing RJG, of which at least 65 % of the UP will be persons. P is in line with the implementation of the National Plan for the Control of Cancer Diseases and serves to increase the reporting for prevention studies in order to improve the health of residents of assisted areas. The rate of early RJG diagnosed will be increased and the RJG mortality rate will be reduced. Within the framework of P, a series of edu-inf meetings will be held, at which UP will have the opportunity to obtain information on diagnosis and prevention of RJG, and will be able to allay their doubts in discussions with specialists in the field of RJG. The meetings will take place in places that are closer to the place of residence of the University of Warsaw, which will increase the possibility of encouraging residents to take part in the project. During the meetings, information brochures with basic information on RJG will be distributed. There will be a short film covering this subject and containing a history of people who have been ill, ill or lost a loved one as a result of RJG. Such actions will influence the motivation to take part in preventive research. In addition, a person known in a given environment who has been affected by the RJG problem will be invited to the meetings and who will guarantee greater interest in the meeting by encouraging them to come. All these activities (including the information campaign) will increase participation in preventive research among residents of PPU. Tasks: 1. Information and Educational Action, 2.
