Głównym celem projektu jest dywersyfikacja działalności firmy Amplus Sp. z o.o. poprzez rozpoczęcie świadczenia nowej dla firmy i rynku usługi rehabilitacji osób starszych w zakresie nietrzymania moczu. Usługa ta będzie świadczona w oparciu o instrukcję postępowania fizjoterapeutycznego u osób starszych z problemami nietrzymania moczu z innowacyjnym wykorzystaniem urządzenia Magneto Stym, opracowaną przez pracowników naukowych Uniwersytetu Rzeszowskiego jako rezultat przeprowadzonych prac naukowo-badawczych. Projekt będzie polegał na budowie i wyposażeniu ośrodka rehabilitacyjnego - Pałacu Zdrojowego dla Seniorów, w którym będzie świadczona usługa rehabilitacji osób starszych wraz z zakwaterowaniem i całodobową opieką pielęgniarską. Realizacja projektu pozwoli zrealizować także następujące cele: 1) wdrożenie wyników B+R do działalności gospodarczej 2) wdrożenie innowacji produktowej i procesowej w skali rynku międzynarodowego, 2) wzrost konkurencyjności firmy Amplus Sp. z o.o. na rynku regionalnym, krajowym i międzynarodowym 3) wejście z ofertą na rynki zagraniczne 4) utworzenie nowych miejsc pracy, w tym dla wysoko wykwalifikowanego personelu, 5) rozwój społeczeństwa informacyjnego, 6) prowadzenie działalności zgodnie z koncepcją uniwersalnego projektowania 7) wdrożenie innowacji nietechnologicznej w skali rynku krajowego. The main objective of the project is to diversify the activities of Amplus Sp. z o.o. by starting the provision of a new rehabilitation service for older people in the field of urinary incontinence for the company and the market. This service will be provided on the basis of instructions for physiotherapist treatment in older people with problems of urinary incontinence with innovative use of the Magneto stym device, developed by researchers at the University of Rzeszów as a result of research and research carried out. The project will consist of the construction and equipping of the rehabilitation centre – the Rehabilitation Palace for the Seniors, in which the rehabilitation of the elderly will be provided with accommodation and/nursing care. The implementation of the project will also help to achieve the following objectives: 1) implementation of R & D results to business activity 2) implementation of product and process innovation in the international market, 2) growth of the competitiveness of Amplus Sp. z o.o. on the regional, national and international markets 3) entry with offer to foreign markets 4) creation of new jobs, including highly qualified staff, 5) development of the information society, 6) operating according to the concept of universal design 7) implementation of non-technological innovation in the national market.
