Projekt zakłada udział 10 osób w tym 8k i 2m w wieku pow. 18r.ż.. B. spełniają kryt. zagr. wykl.społ. Projekt uwzgl. zas. wyrówn. szans os.pozost. w szcz. trudnej syt. na rynkupracy. Dzięki działaniom takim jak: warsztaty z d. zawodowym, spotkania z psychologiem,szkolenia i kursy w tym kurs opiekun osoby starszej, niepełno. lub zależnej, kurs obsługi kasy fisk, kursprawa jazdykat.B. oraz kurs podstawy obsł komp. ucz. wzbogacą się o dodatkowe kw. zawodowe, nastąpi wzrost k. psych. i życiowych, łatwiej będzie znaleźć zatr. atym samym nastąpi poprawa jakości życia i statusu społ. Realizacja działań w ramach pr zakłada aktyw. społ.-zaw. ucz, nabycie przez nich nowych kw, kompetencji psychospołecznych, zmiany w postrzeganiu siebie i swoich szans na rynku pr. Dla potencj. ucz. charakt. jest niski lub całkowity brak dośw. zaw, w związku z czym zadania pr. nastawione są na zminimalizowanie braku aktywności społ-zaw, na podniesienie kw. ucz., prawidłowego wyp. przez nich ról społecznych. Zg. z pr. RPLD.09.01.01-IP.01-10-001/19 learners are used in particular for long-term unemployed with low or outdated professions. The project involves the participation of 10 people, including 8k and 2 m of age. 18. B. meet the crit. zag. The project includes equal opportunities for people in the labour market. Thanks to activities such as: workshops with a professional, meetings with a psychologist, training and courses including the tutor course of the senior, part-time or dependent person, a course of operation of the cash register, driving instructor B. and the basics course of the tutor will be enriched with additional professional quarters, there will be an increase in mental and living quarters, it will be easier to find the problem, and the quality of life and the status of the community will be improved. The implementation of the activities within the framework of the pro assumes the activ. spol-zaw. learn, acquire by them new quarters, psychosocial competences, changes in perception of themselves and their chances in the market pr. For potencij. pupils. charactt. is low or total lack of incl., so the tasks are aimed at minimising the inactivity of the community, raising the student’s quarter, correct social roles by them.
