    Cel główny: Poprawa jakości i efektywności kształcenia zawodowego w Powiatowym Centrum Kształcenia Zawodowego oraz w Technikum przy Zespole Szkół Ponadgimnazjalnych w Oleśnicy poprzez wyposażenie zawodowych pracowni w sprzęt i materiały dydaktyczne, podniesienie kompetencji 8 nauczycieli kształcenia zawodowego (6K;2M)i zwiększenie zdolności do zatrudnienia 48 uczennic i 87 uczniów poprzez realizację kursów specjalistycznych, doradztwa zawodowo-edukacyjnego oraz wysokiej jakości staży zawodowych we współpracy z otoczeniem społeczno-gospodarczym szkoły w okresie 01.09.2018 31.08.2020.Grupę docelową stanowią: Technikum w Oleśnicy działające w ramach Zespołu Szkół Ponadgimnazjalnych w Oleśnicy (dalej TECH), Powiatowe Centrum Kształcenia Zawodowego w Oleśnicy (dalej PCKZ), 48 uczennic i 87 uczniów oraz 6 nauczycielek i 2 nauczycieli kształcenia zawodowego TECH zamieszkałych, uczących się lub pracujących na terenie województwa dolnośląskiego zgodnie z przepisami Kodeksu Cywilnego.Cel realizowany będzie poprzez zadania:- doposażenie pracowni zawodowych Technikum i PCKZ w Oleśnicy- kursy, szkolenia i studia podyplomowe dla nauczycieli kształcenia zawodowego- grupowe i indywidualne doradztwo zawodowo-edukacyjne- kursy i szkolenia specjalistyczne dla uczniów kierunków technik mechanik, technik ekonomista, technik handlowiec i technik informatyk- kurs prawa jazdy kat. B i kurs umiejętności społecznych dla uczniów- staże zawodowe dla uczniów- stypendia dla uczniów szczególnie uzdolnionychGłówne rezultaty:- liczba osób, które uzyskały kwalifikacje w ramach pozaszkolnych form kształcenia: 51 osób (16K; 35M)- liczba nauczycieli kształcenia zawodowego oraz instruktorów praktycznej nauki zawodu, którzy uzyskali kwalifikacje lub nabyli kompetencje po opuszczeniu programu: 8 osób (6K; 2M)- liczba szkół i placówek kształcenia zawodowego wykorzystujących doposażenie zakupione dzięki EFS: 1- liczba uczniów, która uzyskała kwalifikacje lub nabyła kompetencje w projekcie: 135 (48K; 87M) (Polish)

Technical school in Oleśnica operating within the framework of the School of High Schools in Oleśnica (hereinafter TECH), District Centre for Vocational Training in Oleśnica (hereinafter the PCKZ), 48 pupils and 87 pupils and 6 teachers and 2 teachers of vocational education TECH courses of vocational education, students of vocational training courses of vocational training in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code. B and social skills course for pupils – vocational traineeships for pupils – scholarships for gifted pupils Main results:- number of persons who have obtained qualifications in non-school forms of education: 51 persons (16K; 35M)- the number of vocational training teachers and practical apprenticeship instructors who have acquired qualifications or competence after leaving the programme: 8 persons (6K; 2M)- number of schools and vocational training establishments using retrofitting purchased through the ESF: 1- number of pupils who have been qualified or have acquired competence in the project: 135 (48K; 87M) (English)
