Planowana inwestycja dotyczy głębokiej, kompleksowej termomodernizacji obiektu. Realizacja celu głównego nastąpi poprzez wdrożenie celów szczegółowych: 1) Uzyskanie oszczędności energii, redukcji emisji CO2 oraz podwyższenie standardu energetycznego i techniczno-użytkowego budynku UwB przy ul.
