Celem projektu jest rozwój infrastruktury i kompetencji Ośrodka Badawczo-Rozwojowego Komponentów Odlewniczych do prowadzenia prac B+R w celu wdrażania innowacji procesowych i produktowych w Odlewnie Polskie S.A. Efektem projektu będą innowacje produktowe (odlewy poddane obróbce skrawaniem (FMS), odlewy wysokojakościowe) oraz innowacje procesowe (wysokowydajny zautomatyzowany proces obróbki skrawaniem CNC odlewów, zrobotyzowany proces odcinania odlewów od układów wlewowych i in.).
