Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.42799(2015/X), przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 28 rozporządzenia Komisji nr 651/2014. Przedmiotowy projekt polega na zakupie proinnowacyjnych usług IOB przez przedsiębiorstwo TOM-BUD Spółka Cywilna w celu opracowania oraz późniejszego wdrożenia innowacji produktowej, procesowej, organizacyjnej oraz marketingowej. Innowacje są związane z inteligentnym systemem do zarządzania i eksploatacji mieszkań. Projekt podzielono na trzy następujące etapy z wymienionymi usługami proinnowacyjnymi: 1. Prace projektowe/koncepcyjne a) Analiza alternatywnych ścieżek rozwoju poprzez wdrożenie innowacji b) Uszczegółowienie i ocena wybranej ścieżki rozwoju związanej z wdrożeniem innowacji c) Przygotowanie szczegółowego modelu finansowego dla wdrażanej innowacji d) Analiza ryzyka wdrożenia innowacji e) Analiza wpływu wdrożenia technologii na środowisko naturalne f) Pomoc w opracowaniu dokumentacji funkcjonalnej i technicznej niezbędnej do wdrożenia innowacji 2. Prace budowlane/instalatorskie a) Poszukiwanie i nawiązanie kontaktu z dostawca technologii b) Pomoc w procesie przygotowania i przeprowadzenia negocjacji z dostawcą technologii c) Doradztwo w procesie przygotowania umowy zakupu technologii pomiędzy dostawcą i odbiorcą technologii d) Doradztwo i pomoc w opracowaniu i przeprowadzeniu pilotażowego wdrożenia innowacji e) Opracowanie strategii marketingowej dla wyrobu lub usługi będącej przedmiotem wdrożenia innowacji f) Doradztwo, pomoc i szkolenia w pełnym wdrożeniu innowacji 3. Prace walidacyjne rozruchowe a) Monitorowanie i ocena efektów wdrożenia innowacji b) Doradztwo w zarządzaniu własnością intelektualną, w tym w zakresie ochrony praw wartości intelektualnej, badania stanu techniki i czystości patentowej c) Pozostałe uzasadnione doradztwo niezbędne do wdrożenia innowacji w zakresie uzyskania aprobaty technicznej (Polish)

Reference number of the aid programme: SA.42799(2015/X), intended for public aid: Article 28 of Commission Regulation No 651/2014. This project consists of the purchase of pro-innovative IOB services by TOM-BUD Spółka Cywilna in order to develop and subsequently implement product, process, organizational and marketing innovation. Innovation is linked to an intelligent system for management and operation of dwellings. The project was divided into the following three stages with these pro-innovative services: 1. Design/concept work a) Analysis of alternative development pathways through the implementation of innovation b) detailing and evaluating selected pathways related to the implementation of innovation c) Preparing a detailed financial model for the innovation implemented d) Analysis of the risk of implementing innovation e) Analysis of the environmental impact of technology implementation f) Help in developing functional and technical documentation necessary to implement innovation 2. Construction/installation work a) Search for and establish contact with the technology provider b) Assistance in the process of preparing and conducting negotiations with the technology provider c) Advice in the process of preparing a technology purchase agreement between the supplier and the recipient of technology (d) Consulting and assisting in the development and pilot implementation of innovation e) Developing a marketing strategy for the product or service subject to innovation (f) Advice, assistance and training in the full implementation of innovation 3. Start-up validation (a) Monitoring and evaluating the effects of innovation implementation b) Advising in intellectual property management, including the protection of intellectual value rights, examination of the state of technology and patent purity (c) Other reasonable advice necessary to implement innovations for obtaining technical approval (English)
