GŁÓWNYM CELEM realizacji projektu jest zwiększenie atrakcyjności i podniesienie jakości kształcenia ogólnego oraz rozwój kompetencji kluczowych niezbędnych na rynku pracy wśród 136 uczniów II Liceum Ogólnokształcące w Zespole Szkół nr 1 im. Ge. Stefana Roweckiego „Grota” w Zambrowie (dalej zwane LO) w okresie 10 miesięcy. GRUPĘ DOCELOWĄ projektu stanowi 136sób>15roku życia(99K/37M)z wykształceniem gimnazjalnym zamieszkujący woj.podlaskie, kształcący się w LO w roku szkolnym 2016/2017 w kl.I 29 os. (21K/8M), kl.II 48 os. (34K/14M), kl.III 59 os. (44K/15M); w tym:ponad 53%z obszarów wiejskich (51K/21M) oraz 5Ki2M o specjalnych potrzebach edukacyjnych oraz 30 osób(15K/15M)z wykształceniem wyższym zatrudnione jako kadra pedagogiczna w ZS1. GŁÓWNYMI ZADANIAMI założonymi do realizacji w projekcie będą: wsparcie na rzecz kształtowania i rozwijania kompetencji kluczowych niezbędnych na rynku pracy oraz właściwych postaw i umiejętności wśród 136 uczniów LO, doskonalenie umiejętności i kompetencji zawodowych 30 nauczycieli w zakresie stosowania odpowiednich metod nauczania podczas zajęć sprzyjających kształtowaniu kluczowych kompetencji uczniów oraz doposażenie międzyszkolnej pracowni komputerowej i wsparcie na rzecz zwiększenia wykorzystania TIK. W wyniku INTERWENCJI PROJEKTOWEJ 136 uczniów LO nabędzie kompetencje kluczowe niezbędne na rynku pracy, a także właściwe postawy/umiejętności, 30 nauczycieli udoskonali swoje umiejętności związane z przekazywaniem wiedzy uczniom dt. kluczowych kompetencji oraz doposażona zostanie międzyszkolna pracownia komputerowa w LO w ZS1 w narzędzia TIK i przeprowadzone zostaną w niej zajęcia związane z programowaniem i grafiką komputerową. Uzyskane REZULTATY istotnie zniwelują zdiagnozowane PROBLEMY i będą zgodne z rzeczywistymi potrzebami uczniów LO w ZS1 oraz otoczeniem społeczno-gospodarczym szkoły. (Polish)

The main objectives of the project are to increase the attractiveness and quality of general education and the development of the key competences necessary for the labour market among the 136 students of the II School Complex in the Gare Group of Schools. Stefan Rowecki “Grota”, Zambrów (LO), over a 10-month period. The target group of the project is a 136-15-year age group (99K/37M) with secondary education residing in Podlasie Zyla, who is educated in LO in the school year 2016/2017 in a kl.I 29. (21K/8M), kl.II 48 (34K/14M), III 59 (44K/15M); tym:ponad 53 % from rural areas (51K/21M) and 5K2M with special educational needs and 30 persons (15K/15M) with tertiary education staff in ZS1. The main tasks to be carried out in the project will be: support for the shaping and development of the key competences necessary for the labour market and the right attitudes and skills among the 136 LO, the improvement of the skills and professional competences of 30 teachers, for the use of appropriate teaching methods in order to help shape the key competences of pupils, and provide for the provision of additional computer equipment and support for increasing the use of ICT. As a result of the 136 project students of LO, LO will acquire the essential competences necessary for the labour market, as well as proper attitudes/skills, 30 teachers will improve their knowledge of key competences and will be equipped with an inter-school computer workshop at LO ZS1 in ICT tools and will be equipped with computer programming and graphics. The achieved reserves will significantly undermine the diagnosis made and will correspond to the real needs of LO’s students in ZS1 and the school’s socio-economic environment. (English)
