Projekt Argo – Top Public Executive zakłada wzmocnienie u 58 przedstawicieli kadry zarządzającej admin. kluczowych kompetencji na rzecz wprowadzania najlepszych praktyk w zakresie zarządzania sprawami publ. poprzez opracowanie i wdrożenie pilotażowego programu kształc. (w formule Master of Public Administration). Program obejmujmie 5 dwudniowych zjazdów w Warszawie oraz 2 zjazdy u partnera zagr. (5 i 3 dni). Podczas programu kształc. nacisk jest położony na rozwijanie kompetencji przywódczych, komunikacyjnych i zarządczych. Mobilność zagraniczna umożliwi uczestnikom wykorzystanie zasobów eksperckich, naukowych oraz szczególnych form i metod kształcenia wypracowanych przez instytucję partnerską, dostosowanych do zdiagnozowanych potrzeb grupy. Uczestnicy będą korzystać z doświadczonej i wyspecjalizowanej kadry dydaktycznej, realizującej programy kształcenia dla menedżerów najwyższego szczebla w administracjach publ. krajów UE oraz wiodących korporacjach, dzięki czemu zapoznają się także z najnowocześniejszymi metodykami szkoleń i zyskają sposobność do wymiany doświadczeń na temat zarządzania politykami publ. oraz współpracą na styku administracji publ. i strategicznego biznesu, co z kolei pozwoli na identyfikację i przeniesienie na grunt polski najlepszych praktyk. Uczestnicy stworzą własną sieć kontaktów, która będzie służyć dalszemu wsparciu procesu wzajemnego uczenia się, wymianie informacji i współpracy ponadresortowej, dla realizacji zamierzeń strategicznych, zgodnie z potrzebami i realiami polskiej administracji. Tym samym zwiększy się oddziaływanie uczestników jako liderów profesjonalnego zarządzania zmianą w administracji. Ponadto każdy z uczestników wypracuje pod okiem trenerów IESE indywidualny „plan działania”, uwzględniający aktualną funkcję uczestnika, cele długo- i krótkoterminowe dla niego jako lidera i jego zespołu, jego słabe i mocne strony oraz obszary wymagające wzmocnionego rozwoju. The Argo Project, Top Public Executive, is to strengthen the key competences for the implementation of best practices in the management of publ. in 58 representatives of executives, through the development and implementation of a pilot programme.(in the Master of Public Administration).The programme includes 5 two-day trips in Warsaw and 2 trips from the partner’s partner.(5 and 3 days).During the education programme, emphasis is placed on the development of leadership, communication and leadership competences.Foreign mobility will enable participants to use expert, scientific and specific forms and methods of learning developed by the partner institution, tailored to the identified needs of the group.Participants will benefit from experienced and specialised teaching staff, who will implement top management training programmes in public administrations of EU countries and leading corporations, and will also be able to familiarise themselves with state of the art training methodologies and gain the opportunity to share experiences on the governance of public policies and cooperation at the interface between public administrations and strategic business, which in turn will allow for the identification and transferability of best practices to Poland.The participants will set up their own network, which will further support the mutual learning process, exchange of information and exchange of information, for the implementation of strategic objectives, in line with the needs and realities of the Polish administration.This will increase the impact of participants as leaders of professional change management in the administration.In addition, each participant will develop an individual “action plan” under the guidance of the IESE, taking into account the current role of the participant, long-term and short-term goals for the participant as leader and its team, its strengths and strengths, as well as areas needing enhanced development.In the explanatory memorandum to the budget.
