Celem projektu jest wysoka jakość kształcenia i szkolenia zawodowego w jednej szkole z terenu woj. zachodniopomorskiego, pow. sławieńskiego, gm. i m. Darłowo poprzez objęcie wsparciem 126 uczniów (69dz/57ch) Zespołu Szkół Morskich w Darłowie w okresie IX 2018- VI 2021. W ramach realizacji projektu zostanie utworzona platforma edukacyjna, zorganizowane dodatkowe szkolenia i kursy zawodowe, wsparcie zawodowe, zorganizowane praktyki i staże u przedsiębiorców oraz zajęcia laboratoryjne- nawigacja. Ponadto w Zespole Szkół Morskich w Darłowie stworzone zostaną warunki odzwierciedlające naturalne warunki pracy poprzez doposażenie pracowni. Dzięki realizacji projektu zostaną osiągnięte wskaźniki rezultatu zakładające objęcie wsparciem zawodowym i doszkalającym grupę 126 uczniów, zwiększając tym samym ich szanse na rynku pracy. Zaplanowane wsparcie edukacyjno-zawodowe zapewni kompleksowe wsparcie uczniów. Opracowanie IPD określi predyspozycje i preferencje zawodowe, pozwoli na zaprojektowanie ścieżki rozwoju zawodowego. Stworzenie platformy edukacyjnej, organizacja szkoleń, kursów, praktyk/staży w ścisłej współpracy z pracodawcami zapewni zdobycie nowych kompetencji i kwalifikacji oraz praktyczną naukę zawodu, co ułatwi przechodzenie z etapu kształcenia do etapu zatrudnienia. Uczestnicy otrzymają materiały dydaktyczne oraz wyżywienie, zwrot kosztów dojazdu na egzaminy i szkolenie prawa jazdy, stypendium stażowe, co złamie zdefiniowane bariery uczestnictwa. Cel projektu jest zgodny z celem szczegółowym RPO WZ 2014-2020, jakim jest wzrost efektywności kształcenia zawodowego i jego dostosowanie do wymogów regionalnego rynku pracy zwiększające szanse na zatrudnienie ponadto z dokumentami strategicznymi powiatu sławieńskiego, gminy i miasta Darłowa. The aim of the project is to ensure the quality of vocational education and training (VET) in one school from the West Pomeranian Region, the province of Bratislava, and I and m. Darłowo, supported 126 students (69dz/57ch) in the Darłowo Marine Team in the period IX 2018-VI 2021. As part of the project, a learning platform will be created, organised additional training and vocational courses, professional support, organised business placements and placements for business and laboratory activities. In addition, in the County Schools Group in Darłowo, conditions will be created to reflect the natural conditions of work by retrofitting them. The project will result in the achievement of indicators of result indicators in order to include 126 students in vocational and training courses, thus increasing their chances on the labour market. The planned educational and professional support will provide comprehensive support for students. The development of IPDs will determine the suitability and professional preferences of the IPDs in order to enable the design of a career development path. The creation of an educational platform, the organisation of training courses, courses, traineeships/internships, in close cooperation with employers, will ensure that new competences and qualifications are acquired, as well as practical training, which will facilitate the transition from education to work. Participants will receive teaching materials and meals, travel expenses for driving tests and training, a traineeship grant, which is a breach of a defined barrier to participation. The project’s objective is in line with the specific objective of the ROP WZ 2014-2020, which is to increase the efficiency of vocational training and to adapt it to the requirements of the regional labour market that enhance the employability of the district and city of Darłowa with its strategic documents.
