W ramach inwestycji przewidziane jest obfite zagospodarowanie terenu zielenią - wykonanie agory przyrodniczej z miejscami do siedzenia i sceną, refugium biocenotycznego – ostoi dla bezkręgowców i ptaków na obszarze łąki kwietnej, wykonanie hoteli dla zapylaczy, ogrodu z rzeźbą, ścieżki edukacyjnej (ciągów pieszo-rowerowych), 2 placów zabaw oraz siłowni, 2 pergoli, drewnianych podestów widokowych z ławkami i podjazdami dla niepełnosprawnych, ławek wzdłuż ciągów pieszych, koszy na śmieci, dwóch parkingów dla rowerów, oświetlenia latarniami solarnymi led wraz z kamerami do monitoringu oraz 10 tablic dydaktycznoinformacyjnych (wyposażonych w kody QR, które odsyłać będą do ciekawych informacji nt. projektu i obszaru - dot m.in. cech typowych flory i fauny ), schodów terenowych, kładek nad ciekiem, i in. Przewidziano również rozwieszenie budek lęgowych dla ptaków oraz nietoperzy. Wszystkie planowane nawierzchnie będą wykonane jako wodoprzepuszczalne. Teren Parku od strony ul. Wodnej będzie dostępny dla osób niepełnosprawnych. Realizacja projektu, obok wprowadzenia bioróżnorodności oraz poprawy estetyki przestrzeni publicznej, pozwoli na udostępnienie obszaru Parku Miejskiego mieszkańcom do wypoczynku i całorocznej rekreacji przy minimalnej ingerencji w istniejący układ przestrzenny z zachowaniem walorów przyrodniczych. W celu udostępnienia obszaru dla wszystkich zainteresowanych wyznaczone zostaną i odpowiednio przygotowane specjalne szlaki edukacyjno - turystyczne. Projekt wpisuje się w SzOOP RPO WiM 2014-2020 dz.5.3 Ochrona różnorodności biologicznej, priorytet inwest.6d: Ochrona i przywrócenie różnorodności biologicznej, ochrona i rekultywacja gleby oraz wspieranie usług ekosystemowych, także poprzez program „Natura 2000” oraz zieloną infrastrukturę i cel szczegół.: Lepsze mechanizmy ochrony bioróżnorodności w regionie. Inwestycja obejmie swoim zasięgiem następujące działki: 276; 143/3; 350/4;147/4; 147/7;149/1; 185/4; 199; 198;189/33;189/34;190/15;208;148;275. (Polish)

Within the framework of the investment, an abundance of land management is foreseen — the operation of the natural sciences with seats and the stage, biogenic refractionation for invertebrates and birds in the meadow of April, hotel construction for pollinators, delivery paths for pollinators, educational paths (footpaths), 2 playgrounds and walking frames for disabled people, benches along pedestrian lines, litter baskets, two parking facilities for bicycles, solar latching lights for interesting information about the project and the area — subject, inter alia, to the characteristics of the typical flora and fauna), the field stairs, the bridge, and others. It also provides for the posting of nesting boxes for birds and bats. All planned surfaces shall be constructed as water permeable. The site of the Park from the side of ul. It will be accessible to persons with disabilities. In addition to introducing biodiversity and improving the aesthetics of the public space, the project will allow the urban park area to be made available to residents for leisure and recreational activities, with minimal interference with the existing spatial system and the preservation of natural assets. In order to make the area available to all interested parties, special education and training routes will be drawn up and duly prepared. The project is in line with the ROP WiM 2014-2020 dz.5.3 Protection of Biological Diversity, Priority Investment.6d: Protection and restoration of biodiversity, soil protection and restoration and the promotion of ecosystem services, including through the Natura 2000 programme and green infrastructure and a specific objective: Improved mechanisms to protect biodiversity in the region.
