Cel projektu: Wyposażenie w niezbędną wiedzę, doświadczenie i umiejętności 15 os. (9K/6M) pow. 30 r.ż. bezrobotnych i biernych zawodowo, zamieszkujących gminę Knurów, w okresie 01.06.2017 r. - 31.03.2018 r. w celu poprawy ich sytuacji na rynku pracy i uzyskania zatrudnienia. GD proj. będzie 15 os. (9K/6M) w wieku pow. 30 r.ż, należących do min. jednej z grup znajdujących się w najtrudniejszej sytuacji na rynku pracy, w tym: 3 os. (2K/1M) - bierne zawodowo, 12 os. (7K/5M) - bezrobotne. Zadania w proj: 1. Diagnoza UP i opracowanie IPD 2. Usługi rynku pr. (poradnictwo zaw. i pośrednictwo) 3. Wsparcie towarzyszące (coaching, wsp. psycholog. szkolenia miękkie) 4. Szkolenia zawod. 5. Staże Projekt gwarantuje osiągnięcie wskaź. zatrud.: - dla os. niepełnosprawnych min. 33% - dla kobiet min. 39% - dla os. o niskich kwalifikacjach min. 38% - dla os. długotrwale bezrobotnych min. 30% - dla osób w wieku 50 lat i więcej min. 33% - dla ucz. nie kwalifikujących się do w/w gr. min. 43% (Polish)

Project objective: 15 people with the necessary knowledge, experience and skills. (9K/6M) 30 — The unemployed and the inactive, residing in the municipality of Knurów, in the period from 01.06.2017 to 31.03.2018, in order to improve their situation in the labour market and gain employment. GD proj will be 15 persons. (9K/6M) of age 30, including one of the most vulnerable groups in the labour market, including: 3 (2K/1M) — inactive, 12 persons (7K/5M) — unemployed. Tasks in proj: 1. Diagnosis of the UP and the development of IPD 2. Market services (counselling and intermediation) 3. Accompanying support (coaching, psychologist Training) 4. Activity training. 5. The project shall ensure the achievement of the following: — for people with disabilities minimum 33 % — for women with a minimum of 39 % for people with a low level of minimum 38 % — for the long-term unemployed — 30 % — for people aged 50 years and over, 33 % for students who are not eligible up to 43 % or more.
