Projekt ma na celu stworzenie algorytmu spersonalizowanego doboru ćwiczeń dla pacjentów z dysfunkcjami układu ruchu w oparciu o ocenę czynnościową i biomechaniczną, oraz skonstruowanie i wdrożenie innowacyjnych urządzeń diagnostyczno–terapeutycznych komplementarnych z tym algorytmem. Obecnie stosowane w rehabilitacji urządzenia nie spełniają w pełni wstępnych założeń projektowanego algorytmu w odniesieniu do części diagnostycznej i/lub terapeutycznej. Dlatego Wnioskodawca planuje stworzenie nowych urządzeń, aby wykorzystując opracowany w ramach projektu algorytm doboru celów i parametrów ćwiczeń zmaksymalizować efekt terapeutyczny. Innowacyjność algorytmu będzie związana ze ścisłym powiązaniem oceny z doborem celów i parametrów ćwiczeń. Innowacyjność urządzeń związana będzie z konstrukcją umożliwiającą poza pomiarami parametrów mechanicznych ruchu również kontrolę i czynną korektę sposobu wykonywania ruchu (wzorców ruchowych), co jest kluczowym elementem w proponowanym rozwiązaniu. The aim of the project is to create an algorithm for personalised selection of exercises for patients with dysfunction of the traffic system, based on a functional and biomechanical assessment, and for the construction and implementation of innovative diagnostic and therapeutic devices which complement the algorithm. The equipment currently used in the rehabilitation of the device does not fully meet the initial assumptions of the draft algorithm for the diagnostic and/or therapeutic part. Therefore, the Applicant is planning to create new facilities to maximise the therapeutic effect of the project selection algorithm developed in the framework of the project. Innovation of the algorithm will be linked to the close link between the evaluation and the selection of the objectives and parameters of the exercise. The design of the equipment will be related to the design, which allows, beyond the measurement of mechanical performance of the movement, a control and an active correction of the mode of operation (movement patterns), which is a key element in the solution.
