Przedsięwzięcie przewiduje głęboką modernizację energetyczną (termomodernizację) 26 budynków użyteczności publicznej z obszaru MOF Starogardu Gdańskiego tj. w Gminie Miejskiej Starogard Gd., Gm. Starogard Gd. i Gm. Bobowo. Projekt ten został ujęty wśród inwestycji preferowanych w ramach Zintegrowanego Porozumienia Terytorialnego dla MOF Starogardu Gdańskiego. Realizacja inwestycji przyczyni się do poprawy efektywności energetycznej budynków , a także do poprawy jakości stanu środowiska naturalnego. W ramach projektu zostaną przeprowadzone m.in. następujące prace: ocieplenie ścian zewn., stropodachu; wymiana okien i drzwi, modernizacja instalacji c.o. i c.w.u., wymiana źródła ciepła, wymiana oświetlenia na energooszczędne oraz montaż instal. fotowoltaicznej i kolektorów słonecznych. Zakres prac wynika z przeprowadzonej analizy możliwych rozwiązań w ramach audytów energetycznych. Dzięki przeprowadzeniu prac budowlano-montażowych wzrośnie efektywność energetyczna o 51,7 %. The project provides for a major energy modernisation (thermo-modernisation) of the 26 public buildings in the region of the Stogard Stogard Stogard Gd., Gm. Starogard Gd. and Gm. Bobowo. This project has been included among the preferred investments under the Integrated Territorial Agreement for the Stogenguldu Gdansk (Gdansk). The implementation of investments will improve the energy efficiency of buildings and improve the quality of the environment. The project will, inter alia, carry out the following work: insulation of the walls, steep; replacement of windows and doors, modernisation of heating and cooling installations, replacement of the heat source, replacement of lighting on energy efficient installation and installation of solar panels and collectors. The scope of the work is the result of an analysis of the possible solutions in the context of energy audits. The construction and assembly works will result in an energy efficiency of 51.7 %.
