Celem projektu jest wzrost integracji oraz aktywności zawodowej i społ.na rynku pracy osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ.,z terenu powiatów: limanowskiego,nowosądeckiego,miasta N.Sącz,,nowotarskiego i suskiego do IX.2019 r. Realizacja tego celu odbywać się będzie poprzez udzielenie kompleksowego wsparcia dla ww. osób.Projekt przewiduje szeroki katalog form pomocy dobieranych indywidualne w zależności od potrzeb uczestnika.IPD jest obligatoryjny dla wszystkich uczestników i jest punktem wyjścia do określenia ścieżki wsparcia. Główne rodzaje wsparcia: - identyfikacja indywidualnych potrzeb i potencjałów uczestnika - poradnictwo zawodowe indywidualne i grupowe - wsparcie motywacyjne,psychologiczne -trening kompetencji i umiejętności społecznych -szkolenia/kursy zawodowe prowadzące do uzyskania,uzupełnienia,zmiany kwalifikacji -staże/praktyki zawodowe/subsydiowane zatrudnienie -pośrednictwo pracy - praca trenera zatrudnienia wspieranego Każdy uczestnik po opracowaniu IPD określi wraz z doradcą własną ścieżkę wsparcia,która doprowadzi go do osiągnięcia celu.Zaproponowane w projekcie formy wsparcia wymienione powyżej są kompilacją dośw. przy realizacji projektów dla podobnych grup.W budżecie przewidziano również pulę środków umożliwiających zastosowanie narzędzi aktywizacji,które będą niezbędne dla BO do osiągnięcia celu określonego w IPD (np. terapie rodzinne,mediacje,usługi opiekuna usamodzielniania,pomoc prawna). Jeżeli będzie to niezbędne zostaną zastosowane mechanizmy racjonalnych usprawnień. Takie elastyczne podejście ma na celu osiągniecie głównego rezultatu jakim jest zahamowanie wykluczenia i trwała integracja z rynkiem pracy(wskaźniki efektywności zatrudnieniowej i społecznej określone zgodnie z regulaminem konkursu dla poszczególnych grup). The project aims to increase the integration and participation in the labour market of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion, from the following districts: limanowski, Nowy Sącz, Nowy Sącz, Nowonskiego and Suski to IX.2019. this objective will be achieved by providing comprehensive support for the osób. the project provides for a broad catalogue of tailor-made forms of tailor-made assistance, depending on the needs of the participants. IPD is mandatory for all participants and is the starting point for determining the support path. Main types of support: The identification of the individual needs and potential of a participant — individual and group occupational guidance — incentive support, psychological training and social skills — vocational training/vocational training, leading to the acquisition, addition, change of qualification — internship/work/work placement — job matching — The work of any participant after the development of the IPD will define together with an advisor the path of support that will lead it to reach. the proposed forms of support listed above are compilation of projects for similar projects. the budget also provides a means of mobilising the activation tools that will be necessary for the BO to meet the IPD target (e.g. family therapies, mediation, carer’s services, legal aid). If necessary, reasonable accommodation mechanisms will be needed. Such a flexible approach aims at achieving the main result of halting the exclusion and sustainable integration into the labour market (employment and social performance indicators determined according to the rules of the competition for each group).
