Celem projektu "Rewitalizacja. Per causam ad animi" (w tłum. "Rewitalizacja. Przez materię do ducha") jest zwiększenie potencjału turystycznego Ostrołęki i regionu kurpiowskiego poprzez kompleksową rewitalizację zabytkowej kamienicy i obiektów do niej przyległych, należących do Muzeum Kultury Kurpiowskiej w Ostrołęce. Cele pośrednie to: - zahamowanie procesów degradacji zabytkowej kamienicy oraz jej otoczenia; - nadanie obiektowi zabytkowemu nowych funkcji kulturalnych: wystawienniczej i edukacyjnej (budynek użytkowano na cele biurowe i nie był publicznie dostępny); - utrwalenie historycznych i artystycznych walorów najstarszych zachowanych murów w Ostrołęce datowanych na połowę XVI i udostępnienie ich zwiedzającym - poprawa estetyki przestrzeni w obrębie placu gen.J. Bema (dawnego rynku) poprzez przywrócenie historycznych detali (dach, stolarka, elewacja) w zabytkowej kamienicy - zwiększenie dostępności do zasobów kultury dla osób niepełnosprawnych ; - zabezpieczenie obiektu zabytkowego poprzez wyposażenie w instalacje: telewizji dozorowej (CCTV), sygnalizacji włamania i napadu (SSWiN), sygnalizacji alarmu pożaru (SAP); - utworzenie w zrewitalizowanych obiektach Cyfrowego Archiwum Tradycji Kurpiów oraz pracowni etnodesignu; - ożywienie starego miasta poprzez stworzenie kawiarni muzealnej w obrębie rewitalizowanych obiektów. Projekt obejmuje swym działaniem 3 obiekty: budynek 1 (kamienica wpisana do rejestru zabytków), obiekt 2 (budynek biurowy połączony z kamienicą), budynek 3 (budynek gospodarczy przeznaczony do rozbiórki, w jego miejsce planowana jest nowa kubatura). Etap przygotowawczy obejmował sporządzenie dokumentacji konserwatorskiej, projektowo-kosztorysowej i uzyskanie niezbędnych decyzji i pozwoleń. Przygotowanie dokumentacji aplikacyjnej wymagało przeprowadzenia analiz i badania popytu.Najważniejszym etapem projektu są prace konserwatorsko-budowlane. Końcowym etapem jest wyposażenie obiektów. The aim of the project "Revitalisation. Per caul ad acim.’ ‘Revitalisation. By virtue of my spirit, ") is the improvement of the tourist potential of Ostrołęka and the region of kurpiowski through a comprehensive regeneration of the monumental stone and objects on it, belonging to the Kurpie Culture Museum in Ostrołęka. Intermediate objectives are: — halting the process of degradation of the monumental stony and its surroundings; — conferring new cultural functions on the site: exhibition and education (the building was used for office purposes and was not available to the public); — consolidating the historical and artistic values of the oldest preserved walls in Ostrołęka, dated to half the XVI, and making them available to the public — improving the aesthetics of the space within the area of the Square J. Bema (former market) by restoring historical details (roof, carpenter, façade) in the monumental stony — to increase the availability of cultural resources for people with disabilities; Protection of the monument by means of equipment for installations: television surveillance (CCTV) television, intrusion signals and seizures (SSWiN), fire alarm signals (SAP); Creation of the Digital Archive of Kurpie Tradition in a revamped facility; Recovery of the old town through the creation of a museum cafeteria in the renovated buildings. The project involves 3 sites: building 1 (a quarry in the Register of Historical Monuments), object 2 (office building with a stony), building 3 (a building for demolition, a new volume is planned for demolition). The preparatory phase involved the drawing up of maintenance documentation, project and financial statements and obtaining the necessary decisions and permits. The preparation of application documentation has required analysis and demand testing. the most important step in the project is the maintenance of construction works.
