Zakres projektu obejmuje przebudowę Punktu Selektywnego Zbierania Odpadów Komunalnych w Jabłoniu. Zadaniem PSZOK będzie zbieranie w sposób selektywny określonych rodzajów odpadów pochodzących z nieruchomości zamieszkałych, które będą przekazywane do miejsc, gdzie we właściwy sposób zostaną zagospodarowane lub unieszkodliwione.Działanie PSZOK na terenie naszej gminy niewątpliwie przyczyni się do zwiększenia odzysku surowców wtórnych z odpadów komunalnych. W dobie szybkiego rozwoju technologii istnieje wiele możliwości wykorzystania surowców odpadowych. Grupą docelową będą mieszkańcy gminy Jabłoń. Zakres projektu obejmuje przebudowę PSZOK wraz z budową zasieków zadaszonych, budową szczelnego osadnika ścieków, utwardzenie placu. Obiekt realizowany będzie w systemie tradycyjnym. Kolejność wykonywanych robót: * zagospodarowanie placu budowy * roboty budowlano - montażowe * roboty wykończeniowe. Na działce znajdują się budynki, które są częściowo przewidziane do remontu (wymiana pokrycia dachowego, wymiana stolarki okiennej, orynnowanie, odświeżenie elewacji, wydzielenie pomieszczenia socjalnego i wc) i użytkowane w PSZOK, wc przewidziany do rozbiórki. Działki sąsiednie boczne są zabudowane. The scope of the project includes the reconstruction of the selective waste collection point in Jabłoń. It will be the task of the PSZOK to collect certain types of waste from residential properties to be transferred to sites where the use or disposal of the site will be properly managed and/or disposed of. the PSZOK action in our municipality will undoubtedly help to increase the recovery of secondary raw materials from municipal waste. In times of rapid technology development, there is much scope for the use of waste materials. The target group will be the inhabitants of the municipality of Jabłoń. The scope of the project involves the reconstruction of the PSZOK, with the installation of rooftops, the construction of a sealed sewage sludge plant, the paving of the square. The facility will be operated in the traditional system. Order of works: * construction of the construction site * construction works for installation * and finishing works. The land is located in the buildings that are partly foreseen for refurbishment (replacement of roof covering, replacement of window frames, market orientation, renewal of the façade, separation of the social housing and wc) and used in the PSZOK, which is intended for demolition.
