Celem gł. projektu jest poprawa jakości środowiska naturalnego na terenie Gminy Kodeń wpływająca na polepszenie jakości życia społeczności lokalnej oraz wzrost konkurencyjności obszaru.C. szczegółowymi są: 1.Zoptymalizowanie działań zwiększających efektywność energetyczną sektora publicznego; 2.Łagodzenie zmian klimatu poprzez ograniczen.emisji zanieczyszczeń do atmosfery; 3.Zwiększ.wykorzyst.energii pochodzącej z OZE. Projekt obejmuje termomoderniz.budynku Placencji (byłego przedszkola),ul. 1Maja 26 w Kodniu, (pow. użytkowa 416,93m2). Kluczowymi rezultat. Projekt.będą: Ilość zaoszczędz.energii cieplnej - 685,40 GJ/rok; Zmniejsz, rocznego zużycia energii pierwotnej w budynkach publ. (CI32) -312 710,00kWh/rok; Szacowany roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych (CI34) - 102,08 tony równoważnika CO2/rok( 96,25%); Produkcja energii cieplnej z nowo wybudowanych/nowych mocy wytwórczych instalacji wykorzyst.OZE -0,06MWht/rok; Ilość zaoszczędz. energii elektr -6,064MWh/rok. Produkt. proj.- Dodatkow.zdolność wytwarzania energii zOZE(CI30) -0,06 MW. Zakres prac:docieplenie stropu ostatniej kondygn.matą z wełny mineral.o gr.22cm ,docieplenie stropodachu przybudówki od wewnątrz, docieplenie ścian zew.od wewnątrz za pomocą płyt o gr.10cm wraz z ościeżnicami przed wcześniejszym wykonaniem izolacji poziomej (iniekcji krystalicznej),docieplenie ścian od zewnątrz tynkiem ciepłym, gr 2cm ,docieplenie ścian fundament.styropianem ekstrudowanym, gr10cm wraz izolacją pion, wymiana drzwi zewnętrzn.,wymiana okien,modernizacja systemu c.o., Demontaż oraz montaż instalacji c.o. oraz wymianę grzejników wraz z oprzyrząd., wymiana istniejącego kotła na kocioł na pellet (60kW)wraz z urządzeń.do podawania paliwa i usuwania popiołu. wg branży sanitar.,wymianę instal. elektr. na nową wraz z wymianą istniejącego oświetlenia na energooszczędne typu LED wg branży elektrycz.,Promocja proj,dokument.tech., Zarządz.proj.
