Projekt dotyczy budowy na terenie powiatu kaliskiego (POPC01_301184) sieci szerokopasmowej o łącznej długości 40,68 km. W wyniku realizacji projektu 1016 gospodarstw domowych oraz 2 jednostki publiczne uzyskają dostęp do Internetu o parametrach co najmniej 100 Mb/s. Powstanie także 113 węzłów dostępowych. Projekt realizowany będzie w ramach zadań: zaprojektowanie sieci zapewniającej możliwość dostępu do szerokopasmowego Internetu o wysokich przepustowościach w powiecie kaliskim; budowa pasywnej infrastruktury szerokopasmowej wraz z dostawą i montażem pasywnych elementów infrastruktury szerokopasmowej w powiecie kaliskim; dostawa i montaż urządzeń telekomunikacyjnych stanowiących infrastrukturę aktywną sieci NGA w powiecie kaliskim; opracowanie dokumentacji powykonawczej dla prac przeprowadzonych w ramach projektu realizowanego w powiecie kaliskim. W wyniku realizacji projektu Wnioskodawca planuje stworzyć kompletną infrastrukturę Internetu szerokopasmowego i rozpocząć oferowanie świadczenia usług hurtowego dostępu do szerokopasmowego Internetu o wysokich przepustowościach na wskazanym we wniosku terenie projektu, co przyczyni się do wyeliminowania terytorialnych różnic na terenie Polski w możliwości dostępu do Internetu szerokopasmowego, o wysokich przepustowościach. Głównym celem projektu jest realizacja sieci dostępowych umożliwiających korzystanie z szerokopasmowego Internetu przez odbiorców końcowych. Sieć telekomunikacyjna została zaplanowana z uwzględnieniem wykorzystania nowoczesnych technologii budowy sieci szerokopasmowych, zoptymalizowanych pod kątem budowy sieci światłowodowej FTTH (Fiber to the Home). FTTH to koncepcja zakładająca dostarczenie przewodów światłowodowych do każdego domu z osobna, gwarantując najwyższą możliwą do osiągnięcia obecnie prędkość przesyłu danych. Tym samym realizowany będzie cel ogólny I osi POPC oraz cele działania 1.1.Okres realizacji: 01.07.2016 r. – 30.12.2017 r. (Polish)

The project concerns the construction of a broadband network in the district of Kalisz (POPP01_301184) with a total length of 40.68 km.As a result of the project, 1016 households and 2 public bodies will have access to the Internet with a performance of at least 100 Mbps and a 113 access nodes will be created.The project will be carried out in the framework of the tasks of:designing a network capable of providing access to high capacity broadband internet in the county of calibre;the deployment of passive broadband infrastructure and the deposit and installation of passive broadband elements in the broadband infrastructure in the district;the supply and installation of telecommunication equipment constituting an infrastructure active NGA network in the district of Kalisz;development of as-built documentation for works carried out under a project carried out in the District of Kalisz.As a result of the project, the applicant plans to create a complete infrastructure for broadband internet and to start offering the provision of wholesale broadband internet access services on the project site, as indicated in the project application, which will help to eliminate territorial differences in Poland’s broadband access opportunities with high speeds.The main objective of the project is to deploy access networks enabling the use of broadband internet by final customers.The telecommunication network is planned to take account of the use of modern broadband technology, optimised for a fibre-to-the-home (FTTH) network.FTTH is the idea to provide optical fibre cables to each house individually, guaranteeing the highest achievable data transmission speeds.In doing so, the general objective of the POPC and the objectives of Action 1.1.Period of implementation will be pursued:01.07.2016-30.12.2017 (English)
