Innowacyjne technologie w dziedzinie branży przesyłów wodnych, kanalizacyjnych i gazowych ulegają ciągłemu rozwojowi. Obecnie w dobie tak dużego postępu istotnym jest osiąganie dodatkowych cech wyrobów, które zwiększają żywotność, wytrzymałość, efektywność czy możliwość stosowania w szerszej gamie instalacji przesyłowych. Presja cenowa dodatkowo wymusza aby ciągle być konkurencyjnym cenowo i posiadać możliwości produkcji w krótkich seriach. Firma w oparciu o opatentowaną technologię wytwarzania produktów łuków giętych z PE do wody i kanalizacji (certyfikowane średnice 90-250 mm) przeprowadziła prace rozwojowe także dla branży gazowniczej. Branża gazownictwa notuje znacznie wyższe wymagania techniczno technologiczne zgodnie z normą PN-EN 1555-3+A1. Przeprowadzone prace B+R produkcji łuków dla branży gazownictwa zakończono przygotowaniem badania certyfikacyjnego typu dla średnic kształtek łukowych giętych do paliw gazowych od 90-225 mm. Obecnie trwa przygotowanie certyfikacji dla kształtek łukowych giętych dla branży gazowej średnic od 250-630mm. Realizacja projektu pozwoli na wprowadzenie do oferty produktu o innowacyjnym rozwiązaniu, dzięki wykorzystaniu prac B+R w zakresie technologii materiałowej - podjęcia produkcji innowacyjnych kształtek giętych z tworzyw sztucznych z przeznaczeniem dla branży gazowej o średnicach od 180-630mm. W efekcie firma podejmie produkcję w innowacyjnej technologii nowych innowacyjnych produktów. Nasza firma w technologii produkcji łukowych kształtek giętych z PE dla branży gazowniczej widzi niszę rynkową na skalę europejską. Zweryfikowana technologia i analiza kosztów wykazała, iż będzie to innowacyjny produkt: - zgodny z normami PN-EN 1555-3+A1 - konkurencyjny do europejskich rozwiązań jakościowo, - szyty na miarę oczekiwań rynku, - lepszych parametrach (mniejszych oporach przepływu) jak zidentyfikowani producenci z Niemiec Austrii czy Wielkiej Brytanii - konkurencyjny cenowo (Polish)

Innovative technologies in the field of water, sewage and gas transmission are constantly evolving.At present, the achievement of additional features of products that enhance the viability, durability, efficiency or applicability of the wider range of transmission installations is essential in a period of such high progress.Price pressures are further forced to be competitively priced and to be able to produce in small series.The company has carried out development work also for the gas industry on the basis of patented technology for the manufacture of products from the EP to water and sanitation (certified average 90-250 mm).The gas industry has significantly higher technical and technological requirements in accordance with the PN-EN 1555-3 + A1 standard.The R & D works of the liquor production of the gas industry were completed in preparation for a certification test of type for curved plate shapes for gaseous fuels from 90-225 mm.At present, certification is being prepared for curved train shapes for the gas industry 250-630 mm diameter.The project will allow an innovative solution to be introduced in the product offer, through the use of R & D in the field of materials technology, to produce innovative flexible shapes of plastic for the gas industry with a diameter of 180-630 mm.As a result, the company will take the production of innovative new product technologies in an innovative technology.Our company has a European market vision for the production of curved train agents from the EP to the gas industry.Verified technology and cost analysis showed that this will be an innovative product:— compliant with the PN-EN 1555-3 + A1 standard, competitive with European quality solutions, namely market expectations, better performance (less flow resistance) as identified German or UK producers, and price competitiveness.
