Cílem projektu je formou vzdělání zaměstnanců CEDRu a pod vedením expertů nastavit procesy strategického plánování v organizaci na bázi principů svobodné firmy, vytvořit strategický plán rozvoje organizace se zaměřením na oblast lidských zdrojů, oblast financování a fundraisingu a oblast PR a marketingu.Měřitelné výstupy:8 podpořených osob z CS (podpora více jak 40 hod.)1 Strategický plán 1 Evaluační zpráva4 podpořené osoby z CS ( bagatelní podpora do 40hod.)Délka realizace je 24 měsíců. The aim of the project is to educate staff at cedar and under the guidance of an expert to organise strategic planning processes in an organisation based on the principles of a free enterprise, to develop a strategic plan for the development of an organisation with a focus on human resources, funding and fundraising, and PR area PR and markets.Measured outputs: 8 supported persons from the CS (support for more than 40 hours) 1 Strategic plan 1 Ecurrency reports4 supported by CS (minor aid at 40h.)
