    Cílem projektu je formou vzdělání zaměstnanců CEDRu a pod vedením expertů nastavit procesy strategického plánování v organizaci na bázi principů svobodné firmy, vytvořit strategický plán rozvoje organizace se zaměřením na oblast lidských zdrojů, oblast financování a fundraisingu a oblast PR a marketingu.Měřitelné výstupy:8 podpořených osob z CS (podpora více jak 40 hod.)1 Strategický plán 1 Evaluační zpráva4 podpořené osoby z CS ( bagatelní podpora do 40hod.)Délka realizace je 24 měsíců.
