    Projekt FOKUS NOVĚ je zaměřen na rozvoj naší organizace. Cílem projektu je zefektivnění fungování organizace, zvýšení její finanční stability a rozvoj fundraisingu. Do přípravy i realizace projektu jsou zapojení místní experti (partnerství navázaná v projektu budou pokračovat i po jeho skončení). Pro realizaci projektu jsme z auditní zprávy vybrali nejpalčivější problémy, jejich řešení nám umožní se posunout a zajistit tak kvalitnější služby pro klienty a být důvěryhodným partnerem pro donátory.     The Fokus project focuses on the development of our organisation. The project aims at streamlining the functioning of the organisation, increasing its financial stability and developing fundraising. The involvement of local experts (partnerships linked to the project will continue beyond the project) is also in the preparation and implementation of the project. We have selected the most pressing issues from the audit report for the implementation of the project, allowing them to move forward in order to ensure better quality services for customers and be a credible partner for their customers.
